I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs, and this one has to be the worst experience I have ever had. If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I definitely would. There was a rubbish bag on the landing before reaching the bnb, and honestly that should’ve been a sign that things would definitely not be as they were shown in the pictures. when we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of sewage, that was only made bearable by opening the majority of the upstairs windows.Upon inspection of the bedrooms, it was clear the place wasn’t cleaned after the previous visitors. There was wrappers on the floor, old pieces of chewing gum in the corners and hair everywhere. Literally everywhere, a whole clump of hair under the nightstand, hair on the bedsheets and towels, even hair caught in between the duvet and duvet cover! And these were both in the longer, and small and curly variety. The emergency number provided to contact Capital is perfect, providing you have an issue between 9-5 on Monday- Friday, otherwise you are a sitting duck.I spent an awful night sleeping hunched over on a chair in the living room (the only acceptably clean area) and after raising these issues with the company, was told I would not be receiving any form of compensation, despite them charging a £100 cleaning fee.Needless to say, I will not be returning. Please, do yourselves a favour, and save your money and your sanity

NOPE.The pictures are amazing, the reality is actually disrespectful and the 1 star is there by the grace of Google. Apparently 0 stars is not a thing. The cleanliness was below standard so it's unclear what type of cleaning was done to accommodate guests. The rating could have been higher if the matter was addressed more appropriately by those responsible, however this was not the case and a total waste of money; none of which was refunded to any degree.Try somewhere else.

If I could give minus stars I seriously would. Out and out the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to stay the night in and an experiance I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. The moment you step on the stairs your overwhelmed with the smell of feaces, never did find out why but that should have been warning enough not to go further. The bedrooms were out and out filthy. Hair and dirt all over the place, including all over and inside the bedding (and even between the duvet cover and the duvet) and towels. Trying to contact the staff will get you nowhere as the emergency line apparently only works 9-5 Monday to Friday. And never mind trying to get your money back, or any compensation (despite them charging £100 for a cleaning fee before you even arrive and clearly never cleaning the place).
