Location might not be top but very clean and new: very good value for money.It's possible to reach the location by tube and then walk a little. As it's on a side street, it was quiet in the evening.Yet, there is a big offer of Musslim and Indian kitchen in the surroundings.It looks like it has been recently renovated and the toilet, kitchen and room have been really clean.The size of the room was ok for the price.Small TV and a fairly good internet connection.I have it now as a reference for future stays in London for comparison.

I stayed here with a mate for the weekend, and it was pretty good. Checking in and out was as easy as can be. The only real criticism I have would be the cleanliness, both of the room and communal bathroom. There was the odd hair where it shouldn't be, and the fridge hadn't been emptied. That said, it was very good for the price paid. I understand that a breakfast was included, but we did not partake - so we cannot comment. I would stay again.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was quite clean with a cosy bed. In the toilet it always smelled like Indian food for the neighbors are Indian.The guest house is quite far from the city center so you have half an hour minimum to go there.One night when we were returning the lock didn't work anymore and we had to wait outside the house for quite long. The owner was so kind to refund that night but we had to remind him many times to do so wich was a bit annoying. But in the end we received the money.
