THIS PLACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANY CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD(FOR SAFETY REASONS)They are showing the coucil pictures which does not look nothing like the actual place. (It's decieving) they lie to the council and keep you a captive prisoner once you sign those perpers. They will strip of off of your humanly rights by making you feel like what they have for you is what you deserve BASE ON your skin. It's not a good place for children,The fire alarms don't work, GOD FORBID, there's a fire, this place will claim a lot of people along with it (specially black people) they are racist and there is a lot of discriminatory behaviours going on, they pick and choose how people should live in here because they know that people are homeless and desperate. They are taking money from the council on your behalf all while treating you like an animal. This place need some mandatory inspections by the council, before they dump people in here (FOR HEALTH REASONS)This place is NOT suitable for anyone with mental health issues or depression (FOR YOUR OWN SANITY)PLEAER PLEASE PLEASE...for anyone who is staying in this place due to homelessness, Please take pictures and show it to the council, show it to social workers ESPECIALLY when you have children with you. They communicate in there language, on where and how you should live depending on your skin colour.DO NOT LET BEING HOMELESS Differ you from your own health.

It was my first time visit to any hotels in London with my Coursemate in December 2011. I can’t forget that moment. Just I recalled that time while I was surfing on google maps…

The price in the room appears to reflect how basic the owners of this business feel that it is, with no soap to wash your hands in their dirty bathroom, no toilet paper either.Walking through the corridors of the hotel, we were hit by the strong smell of drugs. I thought that was illegal, but there you go.Abrupt reception staff (Gill) who can not answer the most basic question about the hotel but repeated what he thought the answer should be.The 2 star award goes to the lady in the breakfast area. She was lovely and happy to help if needed. The location itself was picturesque looking at a local large park.

One of the worst services in hotels in this area. Rooms are dark & small esp the single ones. That’s not all. The real surprise is bed bugs. So be careful

It's a two star hotel, just good for night sleep. It's clean and tidy. One has choice of single, double and twin bed rooms. Single rooms are usually with shared bathroom, whereas double bedroom are with showers. However, there is wash basin in every room. Rooms are small. Facility is basic. I didn't find any chair in the room in which I stayed. Thankfully there is electric kettle provided with tea and coffee options. Breakfast is free with 5-6 variety of foods such a toast, butter, jam, egg, beans, mushroom, sausage etc. But almost same menu is served everyday. So, if one is staying for longer period, it's bit boring. Terrif varies from day to day. Staff is courteous.
