The pros: super well-equipped room (glasses, flutes, cups, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer), good bed, very nice staff, well located 5 minutes walk from the metro and bus, 15 minutes from the station. They even agreed to check in at 10:30 a.m. and put our suitcases in our room so that we didn't have to go back and forth during the day just to check in.In addition, it is good value for money given the exorbitant prices in hotels in London. The -: the room is small and I don't think there was Wi-Fi.I will come back!

Overall it was a great experience, considering London prices of course. The property is in a very convenient area, a few steps from Liverpool station and with an absolutely fantastic amount of street food restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was large and comfortable, everything was there. The structure is an old building so narrow stairs (be careful if you have suitcases) and carpet everywhere. Good internet and they made up the room every day (but I don't think they change towels, they just tidy up). I can easily recommend it and would definitely go back.

Awful. We were greeted at reception which was clean and decorated. We were then taken to a building two doors down which was filthy. Smelly, old red ripped carpets in the hall and stained walls. …

I stayed there twice already, and this will be my base for future stays in London. It is a great value for money. The location is fantastic. The apartments are compact but clean and comfortable, with everything that is needed. The staff is so nice and friendly, very helpful. And you can store your luggage there.

This is a good place to stay. Comfortable bed, decent headboard even, nice shower, quiet at night. One of my better stays in London. Thanks for a good stay at a reasonable price.

Very kind and friendly staff, rooms were pretty clean and spacious, even during the afternoon is a bit noisy because of the bars in the street I would stay here again.

Staff are super friendly, however; the room was not as expected, loose fittings, not maintained and worst part raised screws in the bathroom floor divider which were inadvertently stood on with bare feet....
