Nice hotel, but not really boutique 😄Location is good, 15 minutes walk to underground and 10 to overground. Good bus service on main road taking you to Liverpool Street.Getting access to room was different, you have to go to Thai Restaurant, where you are given codes to enter the hotel area. Staff took me to the room, which was good but no reception.Room was good, what I would expect for budget hotel.. if you're expecting boutique, you'll be disappointed.Room size was very good, facing street but not to noisy. Mattress on bed was not good, one side was fine but one side had clearly been overused.Ensuite was good with nice shower.Would recommend and stay again.

Nice place in the east of the city. Reasonably priced and very clean,nice staff.Local to the shops and a thai restaurant downstairs, accommodates extention of stay (if the room is not booked) me and my wife had a nice 5day stay, I wouldn't say child friendly, but children are welcome, noisy on weekends, but hay your in London city.

There was no noise and I was able to sleep peacefully. The shower also has hot water. Even for 3 people, there were two beds, a single bed and a double bed, not a sofa bed, so it was good. I can't say the location is great for sightseeing in London, but it's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and an 8 minute walk from the station, so it wasn't as difficult as the location on the map.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Right smack in the middle of Hackney for the this value is hard to beat. Walls are a bit thin, but if you’ve got noise cancelling headphones you’ve won. Fabulous wallpaper in my room and posh headboard made the decor a knockout. A few things that need repair here and there, but I’m sure that’s to be expected at this price. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend Shuteyes, their customer service is second to none.The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in was welcoming. If you're looking for a hotel in London, Shuteyes is the one. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. 5 stars for the hotel, wish I could give additional stars for the staff.You can book a room with Expedia for fast and easy process.

They responded very quickly to my request, we had problems with another reservation and ShutEye managed to surprise me with how quickly they got the room ready for us, very clean, great shower, towel warmers that are very useful when traveling, the market and bakery are nearby, and The restaurant on the corner is wonderful.

I have to say this is the worst room I've ever been in. They told me the room had been newly renovated, but the floor tiles were broken and I had a small cut on my toe, the floor was sticky, the bathroom still had a slight musty smell (supposed to be the exhaust fan), and the bed sheets had large, There were small stains, so I wonder if it had been washed, there were no outlets near the bed, so it was difficult to charge my phone, and the soundproofing was so poor that I could barely sleep well because I could hear everything going on in the room next door. The bathroom didn't even have any hooks to hang towels on, so I had to put them on the toilet cover. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly. I wasn't told that I had to go to the restaurant to check in, so I called, but they didn't answer the phone, so I had to wait until the restaurant opened to be assigned a room, which was inconvenient. Why on earth did I pay 100 pounds to reserve this room? I don't think I'll come again. I wish I knew that the kindness of the staff cannot cover up the poor facilities, and if this room is really a newly remodeled room, either the remodeler is extremely bad at his job, or the staff is telling me a white lie. It will be one.

Very basic hotel. We only needed a bed for the night after a gig. Staff were friendly. Was confusing to get to, was supposed to get an email explaining to go into a thai resturant which i did not.A lot of different codes for different doors, which we had a take a photo of on someones phone.The room itself was very basic. Tea and a kettle was provided, but no coffee. Only one hand and bath towel for a double room. The tv was a smart tv which was nice but unfortunately there was no remote so was unable to use.Not the cleanest room but not the worst. Skirting boards were dusty, splashes of paint of ths wooden floors, plus socket was wonkey and the extractor fan in the bathroom was hanging off.There was an actual bottle of shampoo which was quite nice. Bed was comfy enough, walls were thin but actually wasnt too loud at all throughout the night.As a whole it feels like the hotel wants to be this very "boutiquey" hotel with colourful wallpaper and cushioned headboards and its not quite worked. For the money, and fact we only needed a bed for the night it was fine. But i dont think we'd go back

Shady as hell, the room doors are key coded and there is no way to lock the door from inside, so pretty concerning given that anyone could have the codes. No signage, so you have to call up/go into the Thai restaurant to check in.

Access to the room was a bit convoluted. ||But would it be so difficult to install a TV that didn’t require a diploma in IT to get working?||In the end, after signing into every app known to man, I gave up. ||Mind you, it was cheap. And a half-decent bolt hole if you’re on a serious budget

It's a shady room in an apartment building that give crackhouse vibes. The walls are thin as paper and the front door is there for visual privacy only. You can hear everything, and there's so much to hear! The music from the neighbours was so loud that you could join the party. The apartment is very run down and incredibly dirty. It givez hepatitis vibes.

The location was great, but the bath water was too hard to figure out, only extra hot and very cold, and there was no hair dryer. Worst of all, arrived early and had to pay an extra £10 to try and store a bag!
