Great location easy to get anywhere really in London. The price was astronomical for the services and the room was honestly subpar and filthy.

This place is terrible. Very dirty. Filthy floor and a layer of dust/dead skin cells on everything with the exception of the worktops. The sofa looked like a crime scene. I could go on but what's the point? A photo speaks a thousand words. Just no. *now off to go and get jet washed

The answer is No, do not book this place. I know what you're thinking, it's cheap and close to the O2, but trust me when I say it's not worth it. I thought the same thing and didn't sleep a minute all night. The biggest problem with this place is its incredibly dodgy. There are no room keys, just codes to get you through various doors. This is done so the owner doesn't need any permanent staff at the property and as a result it feels very unsafe. The rooms are divided so you are in very close proximity to the other rooms and you can clearly hear the other guests if they are noisy. I was shocked that 3 separate groups of guests thought it was acceptable to play music in the corridor after 3am. You have nobody to speak to about the other guests behaviour, you just have to sit there and listen to it.In all fairness, the shared bathroom was actually in a good state, but i can imagine some guests treating it poorly and there will be nobody you can speak to about it.Checked out as soon as I could the next morning and won't ever come back.

Great location for o2. Bus stop right outside.Access details sent on the day - key pads etc so no personal contact. The flats are all seperate and then individual room in them (3 in mine) with a shared bathroom. My room was a single bed in the middle of the kitchen so very random!!!It was clean.I was lucky cos other room users were quiet and bathroom was left in a reasonable state each time used. But if you got inconsiderate people it could be a nightmare!Ok for one night
