Only book for a night. First impressions building looked run down, firstvthoughts "oh my Godcehat havevI booked" No one on reception had to phoneca number to get service. Staff were pleasant enough. The room size was OK, but there were loads of stains on the carpet, the kettle worked but had a cracked hole 3/4 of the way up, half a toilet roll no spare. Bathroom mirror light didn't work . The room said it had a microwave but didn't that scuppered my morning early breakfast. No on site parking - have to hunt around for a space. For the same price I could gave gone to a Travel Lodge that would have been 100% better. Sorry wouldn't book again , the photos on the website site are deceiving

Never been to a place like this before. Dirty, smelly of mould. In bathroom hairs. Wallpaper comes off. Depressing. Forget about all these pictures you see here of well equipped bar, tables with white cloth on it. They non existing. Hotel is falling apart. Was glad when we left in the morning.Location very good, hence 2 stars . I'd cry if I booked it for more then 1 night.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and when we arrived and had to double check this was the correct hotel based on the outside alone. I went in to ask for nearest available parking, before we took our bags in and checked in. Immediately put off by the musty, mouldy smell of the place and staff were no help only saying “Goodluck”. Once back in the car we cancelled our booking. Didn’t even make it to the room. Booked last minute to a different hotel that was lovely and has a pool for cheaper and a nicer experience.DO NOT GO HERE.

Cant recommend in any way. Outside is dirty and needs fixing. We had to check in via phone, even so booking said check in was one more hour. The room was nothing like the pictures. It smelled bad and we did not feel safe. Used the room to watch movies on the laptop the whole night to leave as early as the sun went up.

We only saw one staff member but he was absolutely lovely. There was an issue with our check in as another party had checked out late, so the room needed cleaning, but the man at reception handled it great. ☺️ I didn't catch his name but he's doing an amazing job

The bedding wasn't ironed, it was falling apart. There was lots of broken glass outside the window. The reception area just had an old sofa. The doorman was polite but there were other men just loitering. …

Excellent location, just a stone throw away from the beach!Overall atmosphere of the hotel is friendly, but a little dated. The room was satisfactory, I agree with a lot of the reviews stating that it is clean. However, in our room the main light did not work, it wasn’t a problem as one of the small lights was working and we were only staying for one night. The most redeeming quality of the hotel however is the water pressure which easily rivalled the more expensive (Read: “fancy”) hotels down the road.
