Comfortable clean room with a view of the sea. Very conveniently situated. Sainsbury's is just across the road with a cash point in clear view. If you haven't brought the car, bus stops are very close by to take you to Brighton or Eastbourne or anywhere in between along the coastal road. The fares are very reasonable. If on a longer stay, a launderette is very close by who do service washes. Only a four minute walk away from the Meridian Monument and the coastline. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. A good convenient place to stay to explore the wider Sussex area away from the maddening crowds of more popular resorts. Good value for the money. The restaurant serves lovely food too. Tastiest hamburger I've had in a long time. The chips were light and crispy with skin still on. All in all a delightful stay.

Booked two rooms as we had to travel a long distance to attend a family funeral in peacehaven.On arrival we were greeted by a friendly team member in the restaurant, once reservation was confirmed, we were shown to our two rooms, rooms number 2&6.Both rooms were immaculately presented, and had the added bonus of sea views.Beds were exceptionally comfortable.As we had travelled a rather long distance, we opted to grab a quick bite to eat in the adjoining restaurant ( bird and burger bar ) another family member joined us too, so five meals ordered, and were all faultless, 5x empty plates !!!!!Generally, a great value for money place to stay, and a lovely meal too.Breakfast isn't served at the hotel, but there is a sainsbury convenience store opposite, and also next to the store there is a little cafe, this cafe does take away hot sandwiches.Thank you again for an absolutely hastle free stay, we will definitely be back to stay when we visit family in peacehaven again.

We didn't use the rooms but reserved a place for 8 of us at Burger & Bird. They were short staffed but did well under the circumstances and were polite, professional and gave a good service overall. The food selection was good and reasonably priced. It was very busy and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. Once it arrived, I had the Sirloin Steak Medium Rare, Chips and the trimmings with a peppercorn sauce. The food was hot amd tasty but the sauce was not really up to par unfortunately. For dessert I had the biscoffee cheesecake and vanilla ice cream. Very tasty! The rest of my group had a mix of burgers and sides and all said they enjoyed their meals. Deserts were a mix of ice creams and pies. All very happy.

Great 1 night stop over here, for a music festival in Brighton. Room was a good size and spotless. Lovely burger restaurant downstairs where the staff were amazing. A shout out to Hayley and Will, who went above and beyond! Great staff, friendly, attentive, always smiling. Excellent!!

Excellent location for visiting Brighton...we left the car in the hotel car park and went by bus...bus stop very close...nice room with very comfortable bed...good meat restaurant

Room was on the top floor, double bed decent price. Free parking however the car park is quite small so it's a first come first serve basis. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The toilet very modern. I would definitely go there again. Checking out was very convenient. They had a little pigeon hole where you could drop off your room keys in case you missed then for a check outHard to find the entrance to the car park on first visit.

What a wonderful place to stay, clean and very comfortable, staff are very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Having a pub/restaurant on premises was really good, food was just amazing. We were in room 4, I believe is slightly bigger than the others. Great room thank you

Very comfortable and excellent value. Rooms on top floor and no lift, which is clearly explained. Rooms well appointed with nice touches of "get you going" porridge and juice. We were really delighted and will use again. Well done

Friendly and convenient. Very helpful staff. Perfect if you're looking for a stayover to visit Brighton or catch the ferry to Newhaven. Rooms were clean and comfortable and some had a lovely sea view. Easy walk to the cliffs overlooking the sea. Sainsbury's and other eating options nearby.

This is a fantastic establishment, we were welcomed straight away and shown to our room, I had a slight issue with my room that was beyond the control of Greenwich rooms, but I was given an alternative straight away the staff were so apologetic but it was just one of those things.We came back downstairs and ordered a really nice pint of German beer and a rack of ribs with a side helping of onion rings.The food was amazing, thank you to all the staff there it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.I would have no hesitation at all in staying here again 👍
