The rooms need updating, we were meant to stay for two nights but one was enough. We both woke up saying let's go 😔... The beds aren't great, however the staff are really friendly.

Excellent location of the hotel, close to the railway station and close to the sea and cafes.Kind, friendly staff, quite comfortable and cozy rooms.Pleasant atmosphere. Everywhere is clean, quiet at night. I arrived before the check-in time, so I was immediately checked into my room. There is also a convenient service to leave your luggage for a short time after check-out.Easy access to check-in/check-out.The only thing I didn't really like was that you can't use the elevator.I recommend

Great value for money for a one night stay. Beds were ok, bathroom was great and the tv had Netflix, great for my son to keep entertained.I nearly fell off the queen bed due to the mattress being sunken in too much so the hotel will need to get a new mattress.All in all a decent stay.

Unfortunately I had very bad stay in this hotel. First, my booking was for 3 adults. We received 1 single bed and 1 bed and half where slept 6 night 2 big person. Terrible! After I ask for towel.Had only 3 bath towels. After agein ask for coffee, tea, sugar - boxes was empty in room. No one come to clean our room 6 days! Room become dirty and dusty. I have allergic asthma and this dust make me big issue. I was emergency in hospital. I spoke with manager about this and I had request to refund part of my money. He told me that will speak with team and will talk with me. Until now no one contact me. By Expedia today I understand that hotel don't want to refund some money for service who no one did.Never I had bad experience like in this hotel.Beds was uncomfortable and we don't rest. So Sea Shell hotel completely destroyed our holiday!

Fantastic location, very clean and exceptional value. The rings are basic, but a good standard. Friendly chap at the check in. He explained everything I needed for my stay. There's a bar there too. Strong WiFi and comfortable beds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it here. I'll stay in the future too.

Bed was very comfy, room could do with a bit of updating but apart from that was clean enough, just horrendous noise from other hotel guests screaming kids people running around the corridors late at night no respect for other hotel guests trying to sleep.

Some confusion with the check in process as it stated there wasn't a reception in the information online. However on arrival, I was welcomed by a very friendly gentleman. The room was alright for the price however only one socket worked so I couldn't watch television and charge my phone at the same time. Also, strangely only a foot towel was provided but this wasn't an issue as I brought my own. Loved the toiletries packs they provided with some handy bits I have not seen in hotels before. I received 2 phone calls during and after my stay to make sure everything was alright with my stay which I thought was a really nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Cannot believe our luck. For a last minute break for my partner and our three year old we found here. Nice big room, bathroom and beach a 5 min walk away. The guy that welcomed us was very nice and friendly and told us all we needed to know. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
