Cancelled our booking stating my card details were invalid. I tried numerous times to call and sent messages asking them to contact me so I could pay over the phone as the booking was urgent. NO REPLY

Room was brilliant, staff were excellent. Shower was temperamental hence the 4 stars. Everything else was perfect. In a brilliant spot just 5 minutes away from the beach with plenty of shops and places nearby.

The room was dirty, had to put kettle on floor to boil it, then to top it off milk was off so couldn't ave a coffee, shower dirty, bed linen to small for be.

The worst Hotel I have ever been in as I did not sleep a wink all night it was freezing, they did not turn the heating on till 7 am so when I complained at 7.30 they went to my room felt at the radiator and basically called me a liar.

Basic room very clean and warm. Window to close to toilet with no blind very awkward at night. Lovely breakfast more than enough to eat and could of had more if wanted. Staff very friendly. Had to buy permit to park £3. Family stayed across the road and didnt have to buy theres. Would stay again.
