Hi,I slept last night with my family in room number 1 and I was a bit disappointed.The hotel looks ok for his value, but the room smells really heavy and not pleasant.Was very late when we arrived and we went to sleep in 2 beds ,which weren't visible not changed,the sheets bad smell and you could see that someone elses before us were sleeping in there because of the amount of hair and dirty stains.We end up to sleep on the top of duvet cover and we cover the pillows with ours t-shirts.Bathroom air vent full of dust( a bit of cleaning will be ok).The carpet in this room was very smelly and stained.

It's a cheap hotel, on the edge of the city, that does nothing more or less than designed. Perfect for a staging post for a week whilst at uni or working, especially as it was half the price of the usual suspects! Don't expect to be treated like royalty, very much a ronseal job.

The hotel doesn't make a good impression from the outside. However the room was good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very large. The hotel is on a street but we didn't hear anything through the good windows. The city center can be reached on foot.

Good place to rest, soundproof windows even if the room is facing the road. It is also close to Leeds, although Google maps is poorly indicated, there are shopping centers.

As it was getting late, it was impossible to get inside. Finally, a man came to open the doors. Thick cigarette smoke and the room is quite sparse and fluffy. The bed was good. A sharp crab in the room. For a one-night stopover, it was cheap and easy. They didn't even ask for breakfast, they probably would have bought it. A few places for the car in the yard.

I was unable to watch YouTube due to the weak signals of the available Wi-Fi networks (2G and 5G). I went downstairs to the kitchen for some water. While there, the person who provided me with the keys mentioned that I shouldn't be in that area and informed me that the hotel had no common area / lounge. Don't forget to bring your toothpaste. Stayed one night there with friends.

I'm not fussy when it comes to cheap hotels and this place would be rated higher if not for the stink of cigarettes. Why would you run a hotel and smoke in it.Rooms clean and good size, comfy bed, good location just outside of the centre, friendly staff.Shower temp ranged from uncomfortably hot to scalding hot.

Budget is being kind. walked in the hotel, stale cigarette smell. Like really bad. Hotel was not very clean. Room was ok, but poorly kept. No food, no toiletries, shower leaked all over the floor, lights flickered on and off. Room was cold, then heating came on for an hour and it got too hot. Single glazed windows allowed the rumbling traffic to be heard easily. Staff were friendly though.

We found this place to be perfect for our needs. It's not the ritz however it is clean, very comfortable, easy to find, good location. It gets 5 stars from me because it delivered what it said it would. I would stay here again.

Decent enough but basic hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable! There are no facilities for food or drink in the hotel aside from tea and coffee! There is a small free carpark to the front but would only accommodate roughly 4 cars.

We stayed for a concert in the town centre and this place was ideal. It was basic but you got what you paid for. Decent shower, tea and coffee facilities and comfy bed with extra blanket if needed. When you’re only spending the night it’s perfect just for a room to sleep in! Onsite parking worked well for us but even so it’s only 20-25 minutes walk into the town centre and about 5 minutes down the road there’s a giant CostCo!

Terrible place to stay at. Place was not good at all. Room wasn’t clean. Not much customer service. Not a good hotel to stay at. Purchased a room with a double bed and a single bed and got 2 single beds. Not much help in changing that. The Code they give you to open the door doesn’t even work. Bad stay. Terrible stay. Had to leave so early because me and my family couldn’t stay there anymore.

It's the worst place I have stayed in, in 25 years of international travel, there were bedbugs, and that's just the start, the sink and shower didn't drain, the toiled had smears, there were pubic hairs on the pillow! Comically, I was in Leeds as an inspector for the IDSc, the institute of decontamination sciences, and when I arrived for work I felt like asking to be decontaminated.proof of booking available on request,what a horror, I will be finding the local authorities and suggesting it be inspected.Staff were kind, road traffic noise was as is to be expected from location.

Cheap and cheerful but the room was very clean and up to date. The guy there was very helpful. Bit sad they didn't do breakfast. Area seemed a tad rough but was quite central so easy enough to get an uber.

It's not luxurious, but it's good value. The room was clean and quiet, and it's a very short taxi ride back into town. The only slight negative was the fact that the website says they provide hairdryers, and the room didn't have one. ||But otherwise, it was good, and I'd stay again.
