Easy check in process, friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced meals and drinks, good range on both the food and drinks menus. The only negative aspect was an air-conditioning unit that periodically ran up outside our window throughout the night.

There is nothing about your service that needs improvement! The wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating people that work at Kings Head truly are second to none. We had 3 rooms for 6 nights, by the time we left, it felt like home. Lottie, Lucy, Owen, Cora, just to name a few were fun, helpful, sweet and went way above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They all deserve accolades. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The central location is fantastic, easy to access from the train station, close to shops & attractions. Saturday Market was great, lots of good music around. The staff were friendly, prompt and accomodating. My room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Rooms are up a flight of stairs, no lift. While it can be a little noisy at night, the staff provided ear plugs. I had a sound machine which prevented me from being disturbed by noise. Food was good, beer cold, and music delightful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all who stay in Beverley. It’s an older building, so there are quirks associated with that.

The King's Head is a nice pub with a good choice of beers, larger and cider. There is a wide choice of excellent food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a very nice cosy upmarket pub in an excellent location in the corner of Saturday market. There is often a lot going on right outside the pub, including a very large classic car show on the middle Wednesday in June.

Overall, it was a really positive experience. A charming hotel in the middle of town with notable staff performances from Lottie, the blonde Eastern European lady in the morning and the charming black man at breakfast. Arriving early guaranteed us a parking space for our stay and I was permitted to park there well before check in. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and presented well and very tasty.Did I mention Lottie helping checking us in and showing us to our room? The room was delightful and decorated to an impressive style. Wonderful slipper bath and good shower. Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. If there's just one thing which may have brought the score down slightly is that, the management needs to decide if they are running a hotel or a nightclub with rooms. Whilst we appreciated the ear plus and had no problem falling asleep, it was strange having the music at a louder volume than the TV. This could put guests coming back, but overall, really good stay and we would be happy to stay again.Oh, did I mention Lottie?
