It wasn’t a very nice place to stay, the towel rail was hanging of the wall, the curtains didn’t even meet in the middle, didn’t bother using shower as there was no hot water, & mould all over shower tray, when we tried to leave in the …

##AVIOD AVOID AVOID##I have given this "hotel" 1/5 stars mainly because I am unable to it 0/5.I booked 2 nights due to working in the area. Upon arrival I was unable to enter the building and had to message to find out where to park and enter.Upon entering my room it appeared very basic but ok considering I only needed a bed for the night. In the middle of the night I awoke as the mattress was slipping through the bed frame. When I lifted the mattress the slats on the bed were broken and on the floor. There was mould all around the windows and the TV didn't work.I left early in the morning as I was unable to sleep on the broken bed. With the intention of requesting a refund for the second night, I was unable to make contact with the staff to request this until after 6pm. At this point I was informed that I could only request a refund before 6pm. The guy was rude, unhelpful and didn't seem concerned with my issues. He was focusing on the fact that I had not contacted prior to 6pm despite me explaining that I had been trying.I had booked through booking.com and raised a complaint through them and was advised that the owner was not willing to offer a refund and advised to leave a review. Upon attempting to leave a review, the owner had removed my ability to leave a review. All in all, it was so bad I had to book to stay at a travel lodge.Photos attached.

Booked this HOTEL (using the word loosely) for a relative who needed a bed for the night. Prepaid and on arrival the gentleman (again I use the word loosely) was prodding him saying “you homeless, I have problems with homeless”. …
