Just changed hands and they're working hard at redecorating, good deals on great food and drink currently (16/9/24), the rooms aren't yet serviced daily but super clean and who needs fresh towels every day? Really friendly staff and a great place to stay or eat.

Staff were friendly, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately the website shows some amazing food / breakfasts, but this was not the case||Breakfast is a full English or nothing - someone sent sausages back as they weren't cooked …

Hotel in a terrible location only a few pubs around it had to travel to get to main places. Room was way too big needs updating and new furniture in it as it was a bit out of date. Bath was a bit small. Staff were ok. …

After reading the negative reviews I felt I had to give this place a chance. The customer service was brilliant - really friendly and willing to go out of their way to make you happy. The rooms are decent and hotel itself well proportioned. The communal areas could have been cleaner, but it was a decent experience for the price.
