Very clean and welcoming as you walk into reception. Staff are very polite and helpful. Especially Farjad the manager went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Been coming here for several weeks now and the service is always at a high standard.

Unfortunately didn't find it safe to stay the night after seeing drug/drink users sat outside and also walking the corridors, and after what I've read on the internet since, this is place is used as a half way house and is responsible for a spike in crime in the area because of these people staying at the hotel , we chose to drive home at 12 at night rather than stay

A Comfortable StayI recently stayed at carlton park and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comfortable stay.

The receptionist was very quick to answer the bell & gave us more pillows when we asked for them. The bathroom was nice with a waterfall shower & facet. The only problem was when we arrived there were 2 addicts sitting in front of the bordered up entrance to the hotel when we came back in the evening the group had quadrupled. Just before we went to sleep there was a lot of shouting & arguing in the hall for 5 minutes which I think the receptionist did manage to calm down when he arrived. There was still occasional shouting & slamming doors all through out the night and door were being opened & closed & other peoples door being knocked on that sound like it could be ours. The room was really hot for May & as we were on the ground floor we daren't open the window due to the people who were outside earlier although there is a fan & heater in the room.

No one cleaned our room. We had two days of rubbish uncollected and no fresh towels. Additionally, there is no air conditioning and it gets very hot.The location is out of the way and virtually inaccessible without car.Otherwise, the hotel is fine.
