Fabulous bed and breakfast highly recommended. Marilyn (and her helper/husband) Des are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Everything was fabulous from the size of rooms, fruit and drinks, location (five minutes walk into Harrogate).Breakfast was brilliant freshly cooked and lots of choice.One of the best B&Bs I've stayed in.

Wonderful place in a perfect position to reach the centre in Harrogate just with your foot. The owners are both wonderful people and they really help you feel it like in your "dream" house. After cleaning a very dirty remote neither me or the owner could get the tv working. I would never book a room without a TV.||When I booked the room I was I could check in early provided I let them know. I emailed the day before arriving advising I would be there at 11am. When I arrived I was told I couldn't check in til 3pm!

Absolutely fantastic.The rooms were all marvelous and spotless. Breakfast deserves to be 3 Michelin stared. Very close to centre (5 minutes walking) parking by voucher right outside. Marilyn our host was gorgeous and really looked after us. Already rated at 9.9 out of 10 on Booking.com but if I could I would give it the top notch 10.

A really warm welcome on our arrival . Room was lovely , great shower ! The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Bowl of fruit and even a mini fridge in the room . Breakfast was perfect , lovely sausages :) ||Would 100 percent stay again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Harrogate .

Absolutely lovely comfy bed, great breakfast, you have to choose the night before , but I asked for additional yogurt and juice no problem. A 5min walk to centre would definitely recommend
