Oh well...We were there 3 nights. Looks shabby from the outside. The steps inside invite you to fall. At least we had our own bathroom, but we were also on the top floor. The steps up are a pain and there is a risk of stumbling. The room is tiny, but that doesn't bother you if you're just coming to sleep anyway. The mattress is thin and you can feel every spring. Cleanliness, well... The window couldn't be closed, so you could hear the subway that felt like it was running under the hotel every few minutes. TV doesn't work, nor does the heating. The door to the room is difficult to close, all the door handles are loose. All in all very shabby and loveless. That might work for a short trip without any demands. The positive thing is the location, very central and easy to reach everything from Kings Cross.

Absolutely Shocking!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £50 a night for blood up the walls. Sewer water that absolutely stank in the shower. A broken uncomfortable bed next to a window thats not double glazed. The train passes right next to the property every 2 minutes which vibrates the whole building everytime. The room itself was absolutely tiny. We left early and have requested our money back! Staff didn't want to know. The pictures of the rooms on booking.com aren't the actual rooms of the Hotel. Dont get fooled like we did. So much more wrong with this place but these are the main points for you to see. A very VERY easy 0/10.

Place should be demolished. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mould and dirt everywhere. . Holes in the wall.. Cannot even walk barefooted as the carpet was filthy. Could not sleep at night as it was extremely noisy.. Worst place I have ever stayed. We had to leave and find another accommodation. AVOID!

I have to put one star to publish but I would have prefered to put Zero stars!Booked a room there this summer, the place should have been closed as there were fully redoing the place... The room booked was not suitable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) and they had nothing to propose to allow us to stay the night (one extra bed or another room), I asked if they could refund me and the guy at the desk validated that yes it would be possible, 2 months later... no refund, no news from the place! They are not answering neither the phone nor my emails!I strongly advise you to book at a different hotel!
