I had a problem with my flight from Rome, meaning it wouldn't arrive at the agreed time for my stay in London. I promptly communicated the accommodation through a WhatsApp number, where they had previously contacted me. The message was delivered, read, but not responded to.When I arrived in London I discovered that they had CANCELED my reservation because I hadn't arrived on time. I believe that if I informed them that I wouldn't arrive on time, they could have advised me to arrive the next day, or at least taken the trouble to inform them that they would be canceling the reservation. And to top it off, they didn't refund my money.

If there was a '0" that's what I would give this place. It's certainly not a hotel, it's a rat hole. Whoever's advertising for them should back off....innocent travelers are paying them for nothing but stress

The contact woth management was very poor, only got contact after getting help from other visitors who had the same problem. The window in pur room was extremely hard to open and wouldn't stay that way. Bathroom was good enough but 4 rooms had to share one and the heater was broken so ot was always on full blast. Regulations not inforsed and our neighbors smoked more than cigarettes on a "non smoking" apartment. The only reason this gets 2 stars is the decent beds and good location.

Dear people, never hire this place to rest, it is not what the Booking page shows, where we search, if you don't want to have a bad time, look for another place.

They couldn’t get into the room because the code they were given didn’t work, they waited a long time, they called the number that was in the booking and written on the wall, the employee later confirmed that this was the owner’s number, they never got through in 2 days, they knocked on the door, no one opened. As a result, we went to a nearby coffee shop, where the owner called the hotel employee to come down. It turned out that the code was not the same at all. On the door you need to enter the code that the employee gave, take the key, open the door with it, put it back and change the code; if the lighting is poor, the backlight turns on on the large button. To enter the room you must also enter the code. The room had 2 beds (one two-story without stairs and one double). There is a toilet on every level, but dirty. The hotel has 5 floors in total and a very narrow staircase. Wifi did not work, although it was written that it did, the hotel was dirty. The employee refused to answer questions about Wi-Fi, and it’s very difficult to find it, it’s not clear when it comes and for how long (not very long). We got a little more expensive hotel next to Kensington Palace, 1 minute from the metro. The room is spacious, clean, with a flat-screen TV, its own TV, kitchen and everything you need. When we were leaving, we met a woman sitting on the steps with a suitcase, she said that she couldn’t get in (the same problem that I described at the beginning), the employee, of course, was not there. They let her in and told her the code for the room so that she could leave her suitcase there; there is a big chance of being in the same situation and it is not a fact that someone will help you. I don't recommend it to anyone.

As a positive point, it is well located and very cheap. As a negative point, it is dirty, it is very noisy, you cannot open the window to ventilate the room and it is very small.
