STAY SOMEWHERE ELSEI don't think I have ever left a one star review in the hundreds I have added to Google, but this place deserves it. I was so disappointed with this accommodation.The room was tired and grubby in places, the sink made a noise, the room was so hot that I had to walk out in to Leicester Square in the night to cool down, the stairwells were full of equipment.It was a warm day in London (28 degrees) and they didn't advertise air con. A noisy fan was supplied. But the room was a sweatbox. I was literally sweating as I sat on the bed. I opened the window to let in fresh air but the noise of a dozen extractor fans made it unbearable. I know it was a warm day, but the room was far, far hotter than the outside temperature. Clearly this is an issue and I wish I'd read the reviews in more detail before I booked this horrible room.The small sink made gurgling noises on and off all night.The windowless shower room was a wetroom, which had mould. More importantly, there were steps down into the room immediately behind the door. One of the steps was invisible because it was the same colour as the room floor (see photo).The only public areas are a stairwell and this was cluttered with vacuum cleaners and equipment.Generally the room was a bit tatty. And the electric fire (which obviously I didn't use) appeared to have damage.The location is amazing - it's right in Leicester Square. But I'd rather have been miles out of the centre and not have to suffer this. I rent rooms in Central London every month - this was by far the worst.I wish I could say I'll never book here again - but I have a booking in a month and the company point blank refuse to let me cancel, despite nearly one months notice.My guess is that the management will reply and say "It was hot in London" - that's no excuse. Room 4 was hotter than the outside and hot all night. Terrible. Avoid, avoid.

Location was great, check in was really straightforward. The room was quirky but clean and the kitchen area had everything needed. There was a bit of background noise from outside (but I am from a rural location where its pretty much silent at night) and the bathroom was a wet room, so EVERYTHING got soaked when I had a shower. It looked like the bathroom was probably due an upgrade soon so hopefully that can be altered - though there was a squeegee to mop up!

This accommodation is perfect for the theatres and restaurants it's all only just a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a superior apartment. The apartment wasn't like the one shown in their advertisement. It was reasonably clean and it was comfortable. It is noisy outside and even with the windows shut it's difficult to sleep as the noise goes on well into the early hours. You can also hear the rumble of the tube station. The room was very warm/stuffy and we had to turn the heating off. Perfect for the winter months but I think in the summer months you'd need the windows open and then of course you'd have the noise. That said though , for a couple of days this apartment is perfect. Bed is comfortable and the shower was fine. There are two flights of steep stairs to get up to the apartment which was a challenge with heavy cases.

TO RUN AWAY! Our bed was full of bedbugs, no response from the rental company, no reception so no way to get someone, we had to leave and find other accommodation at our own expense. Very small room and unsuitable bathroom (shower open to the bathroom so water everywhere). For the same price you can find much better accommodation in London. We had an amazing stay at this place.
Only downside with the room we got was there were no shower curtains so whenever we take a bath, everything got wet (the sink, toilet seat, all floors) apart from that everything was great!

Location excellent. To claim air con is a joke, and in fact the only way to use it is to leave an external door open for the vent from the small portable unit provided, leaving the accommodation wide open to burglary. Also the "aircon" that is there does not cover the sleeping area. Yes, there are stairs, this is London after all, but they are indeed extremely steep and narrow. The sleeping area is an absolute fire trap. Lastly, to claim 24 hour phone assistance and/or reception is just not true, we stood outside late in the day for 40 min trying to get someone to answer or return our call. No one did. Talking to a couple who were having a drink in the Cafe next door, and also staying in one of the neighbouring properties run by the same people, it's clear we were not the only ones who had to battle obtaining access to what we had paid for. It was only by accessing the WIFI from the street (it worked better in the street than in the accomodation, in fact it worked better in the cafe on the other side of the street) that we were finally able to access the entry codes. The problem is that while the email with the codes was indeed on our phones, we had no broadband access (until I hacked into your WIFI) because we'd only just arrived in the UK, and it appears that the code was on some remote server, so the email couldn't show it. You might want to look at that. And to simply write, as you did, when asked by email before our arrival for the code, that you'd "already emailed it" was clearly not good enough, given that you weren't answering your "24 hour" phone. Bathroom ventilation was essentially non functional. Beds and lounge comfortable. Good coffee was a nice touch. Expensive to stay there, but then so is the rest of London.

Such a bad place that our whole trip was ruined because of it.Please note that there is no elevator!!!. And there is no air conditioner!!We got to the place and our eyes got dark. As a response, we received an answer from the logistics center - but we did not write that there is an elevator.It is not clear that a hotel with 5 floors needs an elevator????A really narrow staircase that 2 people don't go through together.An elderly couple who had to go up almost 5 floors with luggage even though we wrote to them about a health condition when booking.No front desk, no human agent to talk to.Just a shame.Expensive hotel and not worth the money.

Don't come close! Don't come! And don't order! Crazy expensive. There is no elevator. 50 steep stairs to the room!!! The login codes do not work and there is no one to help. There is simply no reception or clerk. Lovely stay, very central location. Downside to the stay was the shower head was broken in several areas causing the water to splash everywhere destroying the bathroom and towels. The water temperature was always cold. I’m glad I only had a night stay because I wouldn’t of enjoyed no hot water or working shower. Apart from those two little hiccups, the room was at a very high standard of cleanliness and I was very grateful for the complimentary coffee/tea.

Brilliant central location. Surprisingly quite given its location. The apartment was on the first floor and was over two levels. Small but suited our needs, 1 adult and 3 children aged between 6 - 9.|It had all the facility you would need. |The communication between the owner / manager was good with prompt answers to any queries.
