Freezing cold due to lack of heating. Requested someone come and look at heating but got no response. Overflowing sanitary bin in communal bathroom. Some people turned up and left the front door wide open which added to the already freezing cold house. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Over priced rubbish

Huge room, clean and fairly quiet. Exceeded our expectations. Good kitchen area and lovely cleaning person. Although we couldn't park outside due to restrictions, we were able to park free for the weekend at a nearby recommended street.

For £65 you expect more than a damp smelling room with no view, no TV and an Internet that don't work for s#*#t. Nobody on the front desk when you arrive either just a set of instructions sent over the Internet. Security was a bit lax as when I arrived I just walked straight in without a keycode. Will not being staying there again.

We were not given the room we had promised with a designated bathroom. In the bathroom the bin was full and the shower had just been used and wasn't clean. Other people's half empty product bottles lined the shower tray. We were put on the ground floor in a room next to the front door. There were tables outside our window and other guests sat there making a noise into the small hours. When they needed the loo they used our bathroom. I had to find products and clean it every time we wanted to use it. I felt we had been given a public toilet to use. The tea and coffee making facilities provided were not satisfactory, given the Covid risks. Everyone was using the same milk and sugar - which had wet lumps in it. The room itself was clean and comfortable other than the noise.

Great for what you can expect. I didn't expect the semi detached ceiling or the rather bright green night light provided by the emergency lighting system but very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, if bringing a car, the parking is not outside the Guest House. It's a few streets away but it is free and it's not far.

Stayed here for a gig in Glasgow with my family. Greeted on arrival by Darren who was extremely helpful and friendly. Large rooms with comfortable beds... We had a double and single room which had its own sink in the room. Highly recommended.
