In terms of value for the cost in London this is top, well looked after with CCTV and what appeared to be a good clientele in a decent and calm neighbourhood, convenient for Hammersmith/Olympia. Pretty clean, and quite comfortable. I got a last-min deal direct for a top-floor single whilst passing through, making it exceptional value. The room had a fridge, small window and chair to (plausibly) do a bit of work. Whilst being very quite compact it was no issue to dress. Niggles were that had I been any taller (6'2) I wouldn't have fit in the low shower, the carpet made the bathroom door slightly hard to open, and the ceiling lamp shade could've done with dead flies being removed and the sink had no hot tap, but these things are really of no concern. Apparently there was a basic breakfast included which might be a bonus but I departed early.

I booked a single room, the price was fair for a room in London. The room was clean, small but enough for 1 night. The bed was comfy, the room had a fridge/freezer, TV, kettle, wardrobe, desk, chair and a fan. The room was on the 3rd floor and in August so very warm! No air-con just the fan but I slept okay. The bathroom was modern. As was the the decor and carpets in the whole hotel. Someone was always at the desk. I didn't stay for breakfast, as I left early. There is and EXCELLENT cafe across the road.I liked this hotel, staff were polite and it's a good location, 10 min walk to shops, I'd stay again.

I have never experienced such a tiny 3 bed room. Suitcases have to be pushed under the bed otherwise you won't be able to move. Bathroom in terrible condition!!! Of course also mini!! The air conditioning was a fan. Breakfast minimal. Never, never, never again!!

This hotel is located in very strategic area (Hammersmith) in London for visiting the city by underground (3 lines) and public buses.Room very small (ok for 2 guests, no more), with private bathroom equipped with shower.Cleaning room ok but breakfast poor.Unfortunately the hotel is situated in a very busy and noisy road every day-night (very hard to have quite sleep)..The hotel is located in a very strategic area for visiting the city of London via the metro (Hammersith stop with 3 metro lines) and local public buses. The rooms are quite small (good for 2 guests, no more) with private bathroom and shower. They are clean but unfortunately the breakfast served in the hotel is quite poor.Unfortunately, the hotel is located along a heavily trafficked street both day and night, therefore sleep is significantly affected.

Rooms are very small, breakfast is minimal. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties because the stairs are very steep and narrow.
