We stayed with them through AirBnB. I misplaced my ring the day of checkout. I messaged them to keep and eye out for it and they found it! Great, right?! No. They sent me photos of the ring to confirm that they had it and it was mine. Then they tried to extort me for £600 to ship the ring back to the United States. I counter offered them the cost of shipping plus an additional £200 to return it. They have since gone silent on me. They stole my ring. A simple gold wedding ring whose value was not in the cost, but in the sentiment. The room was fine. The people are scum.

We paid almost 600 euros for 4 nights. The disappointment was total when we arrived. Firstly the room is very small, there is not even room to put two suitcases. As for the bathroom, the photos that appear on the site are extremely misleading, in the photos the bathroom appears very spacious, the toilet seems separate from the shower....however when we arrived we were noticed that the toilet was practically in the shower, there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (it is not a shower tray, but a shower on the floor of the bathroom bath). Which means that when you take a shower, you flood the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The worst part is that there is no shower head, you only have a shower head attached to the ceiling that you cannot unfix, so when you wash your body automatically you wash your hair with.In addition, the bottles of shampoo and shower gel were half empty when we arrived.Concerning the bedding, there were a lot of stains and it was not clean. There is no change of towels, please note that for a complete service (change of towels, sheets, toilet paper and soap) you have to pay exactly £48 extra, which is therefore not included in the reservation price. And in order to keep your room clean, you must scan a QR code located at the entrance to the building in order to have instructions for doing "your own cleaning" (I specify that after scanning the QR code, he asked you to pay £15 to access the famous instructions).I strongly advise against this aparthotel, where there is no reception, you must communicate by message on Whatsap with customer service....Honestly this is one of the biggest scams I have seen, if we had known we would never have booked a room because the quality/price ratio is non-existent.....The bed says "king-size" on their site is actually a small double bed (but we barely fit two people). We were well informed about the fact that rooms in London are renowned for being narrow but this was excessive, especially for the bathroom which was taken in a panoramic photo to give the impression of a room huge bathroom. The only positive point of this hotel is that it is located 10 minutes walk from Earl's Court metro station and that there are quite a few shops available....But the rest is a disaster, it is just stealing!!!! Don't trust the good reviews, that's what we did and in the end we were fooled.

The location is 10/10 and the communication from the owners/management very helpful. Not sure about the other rooms, but our room was tinier than expected for a 4 day stay (but we had two large suitcases and four other bags). The kitchenette well appointed and we had a bonus with a very large external balcony.

Nice hotel at a good price in a lovely quiet, friendly and local area just five minutes walk from Earls Court Tube. Modern decor and super clean. Friendly cleaning staff. We had overlooked that it was self check in and were kindly and quickly guided by telephone. Our room was in the basement but it didn't seem like a basement. Good bed and fluffy towels. Nice to have a mini kitchen with coffee - but missed a few tea leaves. There are Santander city bikes just opposite - can be recommended if you want to get to the center quickly at a low price. Would definitely stay here again

Overall on the cozy side of accommodation you can find for the price in a nicer neighborhood of London. Room was sizable(we stayed at the top floor no.12), well-equipped with kitchen and AC but a bit less maintained for a “hotel.” The staffs are amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is pleasant, perfect to go for a walk around the corner and nice and quiet during the night. Recommend for family. 3 stars for room as it had definitely some room for improvements! (See photos) still lovely stay 🥰 super close to Heathrow (6 mins away to the underground with direct connection to the airport)

DANGEROUS Bad service! The fire alarm kept going off and they didn't fix it. There's a sign where it tells you how to shut it off. This is really dangerous. What if there's a fire and someone wants the annoying alarm to silence? The alarm will be shut down and the fire will keep on growing. The security guy called the owner but the owner didn't want to fix it, or didn't want to spend money on it. So the fire brigade had to be called instead. The owner even asked me as a guest to check all the rooms if there was a fire!? How irresponsible.Really dangerous and never again for me.

We loved our stay. Location is truly great as its very close to two underground stations that cover basically whole of Central London. Bed was super comfy and the place was cleaned decently well when we checked in (some hard to get places like under the bed could be a bit more cleaner, but nothing to complain about really). One warning for everyone traveling to England from mainland Europe. Smoking is strictly forbidden everywhere on the premises, including the balcony. That was a bit of shock to us as we chose the balcony suite exactly for that purpose, but were surprised with the sign in the elevator that stated that smoking is prohibited even on the balcony. So if you are a smoker and book a balcony suite, get ready for smoking on the street instead of the balcony.
