Given the hotel prices in London it is very difficult to find good value for moneyThis hotel is very well located close to the metroThe rooms are not new, the furniture is sometimes damaged, a little mold in the bathroom but for a few nights it is goodLuckily we were staying at the back of the hotel because the street is quite noisy.Breakfast is simple and imposed with table service: a hard-boiled egg, orange juice, an apple, 4 half toasts, ham, sous vide cheese croque monsieur style, butter jam and tea, coffee or chocolate... you can ask for cornflakes and rab if you want more toast for exampleI admit that I prefer buffets but we made do with itSo in conclusion it's still expensive but for the situation it's the price to pay for a decent hotel

I recently stayed here and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was abysmal. The staff were rude and constantly pressured us for tips and extra money at every opportunity. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing more money out of us than providing an actual service. To make matters worse, whenever we had an issue or needing something , they would suddenly “forget” how to speak English. It became incredibly frustrating to communicate and get basic help. I’ve never encountered such blatant disregard for guests needs. This hotel was unprofessional , greedy , and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!

I guess I had weekend prices because I paid 320€ for two nights. Staff was lovely but man has this place seen better days. Also, on the fourth floor with the elevator broken and I see from other reviews that it has been broken for a while. It was so hot in the room even with the window open only to discover that the heat was on. It’s been quite warm in London these days so that just felt like extra torture on top of the four flights of stairs. Breakfast is not good.

This is a no frills budget hotel located in waking distance from Olympia and earls court. This is perfect if all you need is a bed and a shower and a quick breakfast before heading out, but otherwise if you intend to spend time in the hotel you should go elsewhere.   Carpets are threadbare and ancient, the furniture it well worn, breakfast is basic and amenities are limited.   It's o

Upon checking in, we were informed that the lift was broken and our room was on the forth floor. The desk clerk offered us a choice of our room or a basement room. …
