Very good location, close to metro station and local cafeterias. The neighborhood is really nice, safe, walkable and close to green areas. Rooms are modest but clean. Good option in terms of quality, price and location.

the staff were extremely polite and willing to help. The room was average, I was impressed by the floor of the hotel, we were walking like walking on a trampoline, the first time I have experienced something like this. the area outside the hotel did not impress me, the trains are close but the route to the center was complicated.

Stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel 10/20/24-10/24/24. London is incredibly expensive. 1st room was below ground level- a basement. It was damp, musty, and dirty. Mold stains on the baseboards. The walk from the elevator to the room was smelly and forbearing. We asked to be moved. While in the lobby, another guest asked to be moved to a different room too. We changed rooms the next day. The 2nd room was cleaner but still smelled of mildew and old smoke. We lit 3 candles our entire stay. I will say the bathrooms in both rooms were newly renovated. However, ventilation was poor. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us. However, they're fighting a losing battle. Hotel infrastructure is not their fault. Not family, nor solo female-friendly. Lots of homeless in the area. Witnessed food theft at Gregg's one morning. Be in the room by 11 pm. The Underground and several food options are nearby. You may be tempted to stay here because of the cheaper rate. Really THINK about it. It's still expensive by most standards. I'd say respectable London lodging runs about $250 a night. Not what I'm used to paying, but what it is. Prepare more.

I booked a room for the wrong date, and while I understand it was my mistake, the hotel refused to accommodate a change. The representative was unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable during the call. I had planned to spend £2,000 to £3,000 on hotels for a four-week project, but given this experience, I will be looking elsewhere. The lack of flexibility and rudeness is disappointing.

Great room, not that big and small bathroom. No lock on the bathroom and no closet. Very clean! And a 2-minute walk to the nearest tube and quiet, beautiful neighborhood.
