BEWARE BEDBUGS ABOUND. |Management not interested .|Please avoid at all costs. Bedbugs are so easily transferred especially if you are not aware they are there.|Luckily for me I heard other gusts complaining during checkout so knew exactly what had caused my spots.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at London Heathrow Guesthouse in Slough. The room was absolutely disgusting. Arrived late with 2 children so decided to stay rather than look for an alternative at that time of night. Slept on a towel I’d brought rather than the horrible bedsheets. My daughter slept on my coat. Couldn’t use the shower as I would have been dirtier when I got out than when I got in. The other room my friend stayed in was even worse. Didn’t return the following evening & eventually managed to book alternative accommodation that was clean. Tried to get a refund for the unused night. Hotels simply not interested & now not responding. Told them I wouldn’t be returning that night because of the state of the room. Refused a refund due to the “terms & conditions”. Room was cancelled before I left & cancelled because of dirty & damp conditions. Hotel claiming it wasn’t cancelled. Avoid at all costs.

Overnight stay en route to T5.|Cheap and cheerful and worth the relatively low price for less stress. |The room was OK, clean and bed was comfy. |It sits outside the ULEZ and not far from our car park, which was also outside the zone, so it saved us some cash.|Would stay again if using Heathrow.|

Monica was very helpful on arrival [upgraded to ensuite bstroom for mont £10 only!]met other owner Tony in the morning. Overall very welcoming.|It was clean to a high standard and is superb value for money (Heathrow is 15mins [max 20 to 25 mins to terminals

I have been using this guesthouse for over 17 years I find the place clean and tidy and the manager is very helpful. |The place has good links to the airport and easy access to the motorway and central London also they offer a good breakfast plus they have a kitchen which can be used by the guests will be back soon

This B&B Guest House I must say it was far from a pleasant stay. There were several issues that heavily impacted my overall impression of the establishment.First and foremost, the staff at the B&B Guest House were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their attitude towards guests was dismissive and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my time there.Furthermore, I discovered that the guest house had associations with criminal activities. There were numerous reports of robberies on the road that the guest house is linked to. This association with criminal behavior is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the safety and security of guests.In addition to the alarming criminal association, the rooms themselves were horrid. They were poorly maintained, with worn-out furnishings, dirty carpets, and unpleasant odors. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was evident and made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay.The location of the guest house was also a major drawback. It was situated in a bad area, with little to no amenities nearby. The lack of convenience and the feeling of insecurity due to the criminal activities in the vicinity further added to my dissatisfaction.Lastly, the overall condition of the guest house was subpar. The house appeared to be badly kept, with visible signs of neglect. It was evident that maintenance and upkeep were lacking, which further contributed to the unpleasant atmosphere.Considering all these factors, I cannot recommend the B&B Guest House to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rude staff, criminal associations, horrid rooms, bad location, and poorly maintained house make it an unsuitable choice for accommodation. I would strongly advise potential guests to look for alternative options that prioritize customer service, safety, and cleanliness.
