Shower temperature cannot be regulated was burning hot so completely unusable but I had already tried to start washing my hair, then found the hairdryer was broken, so sitting in a cold room with wet hair. I could not afford an expensive hotel but I expected at least a warm shower and working appliances, really bad experience

Very very basic hotel. Rooms are cheap and the price reflects this cheapness.

After a 200 miles drive, I needed the toilet and I was refused entry even though I was only 30 minutes early! So, I walked the 20 minutes into town and 20 minutes back! ||When I returned there was a terrible stench of cannabis! …

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Please do not stay here. A big chunk was missing from the sponge mattress. Dirt up the walls… see the photos. Take your own pillow too! …

I found the entrance door and reception a little underwhelming, however the room was very good. Good parking , good WiFi. Clean and tidy room with a small but new, bathroom.|For a hotel, close to the centre of Reading, I thought it was good value.
