This is the worst experience I never had.The room is totally different from what I book on the websites, the room is not clean enough, the toilet is broken not easy to use. The services are badly that I did not get any key passwords and any emails or messages before I arrived in front of door. I paid on July 18 and I stayed on Aug 30. But no any messages it is so frustrating

On the down side - Grungy building overall, lots of scuffing, carpet stains in the halls/stairs, etc. bits of trash also around the place, cleaning of common areas seemed sporadic at best. …

Looks a bit shabby from outside. We received all information for self check in and the family room was very nice and spacious

Absolute disaster. The proximity to the city center is positive. Bed was comfortable and shower spacious. Everything else is very bad. Room dirty, especially the carpet, which has never seen a vacuum cleaner. Smell of urine in the bathroom. The whole house was extremely noisy. The other guests were very loud and “partyed” every night. The landlady wasn't interested and hasn't responded to our complaint to date. Oxford is a beautiful city and well worth a visit, but stay away from Boteley Townhouse!!!

Stayed one night with friends. You get an entry code for the front door and one for your room , as far as I could see no one lived on site apart from the guests. …
