We were there for a few drinks and catch up with friends. And then the house & garage music started. We were laughing as we're in the middle of Birchington. I bet the locals loved it. Pub cleared quite quickly and we weren't far behind 😂

Very welcoming, by the time I came out I thought the lady behind the bar and some regulars(?) were my oldest friends! Only real ale (which we like) but was TT Landlord (fine) but a couple of nice ciders on too. And very handy for the rail station to get home.

Great place to stay. Room is clean- sheets smelt sooo good. Fresh towels were provided free of charge. Above a pub as advertised so you can’t complain about noise- we didn’t hear any anyway and it was nice to have a drink before heading up. Staff are all so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The best thing...it’s dog friendly so my pooch also had a lovely time (they even put a dog bowl in the room for us 🥰).

My 8week old daughter, my partner and I, we all stayed in the double bedroom with shared bathroom. There was plenty of space in the bedroom for a travel cot and a very decent kettle to make the little ones bottles for the day or night. …

Service great but sadly we just couldn't hear each other as the music was at nightclub level. Great pub - great music but just the music was playing far too loud so everyone had to shout... left with a sore throat and a headache.
