Had a wonderful time again. Staff are so polite and helpful and the room was spotless, big shout out to the cleaning staff. This Travelodge is right next door to the train station but you can't hear a thing!  …

The most fabulous location as I'd a wedding to go to in The Vines. It's right beside the train station and in the centre of everything. Beautifully kind and thoughtful staff who looked after me so well. Reasonably priced, and the CO OP right opposite door snacks. Spotlessly clean, if I was to quibble, no bath mat but I managed! All in a great place to stay in Rochester.

I regularly stay at Travelodge hotels while visiting the UK because I find them to be very reliable and Travelodge Rochester is no exception! Excellent tidy room with all the basics available. Friendly and helpful personnel.|The location is also a big plus in this case as it's very accessible on foot and by transit.

Try not to get the rooms directly opposite the lifts as one or two of the doors have obviously been kicked in at some point. Other than that a perfectly acceptable travel lodge. Really good, convenient location and co-op and cofa coffee directly opposite for nearby snacking.

Just got drinks in the bar but our server, Tyler was very attentive. Drinks were quick to come out and overall the atmosphere was great. Was heading out after for a show so was not staying the night but would most definitely come back to this TRAVELODGE to stay.

Came in for a quick drink and snack before a night out in Rochester. Service was absolutely brilliant from Tyler. He was very quick and efficient. Would definitely return for food too as it smelt and looked lovely on the other tables who were eating that night.

Travel lodge is a good hotel but I will never get used to the fact that our mobile phone connections are jammed inside every one of their hotels just to force us to buy their WiFi during our stay. This particular one was so terrible and the worst I've experienced since far that I couldn't do anything on my phones despite having unlimited subscriptions for days, I think it's time I stopped using this hotel for my travels. Really frustrating.

Whilst the service was friendly and the location superb for a city visit, the room (206) was in need of a thorough clean. The bedsheet and carpet were marred with stains, including one large sticky one by the bed. The shower wall had several lumps of... detritus on it, that were easy to wash off, throwing doubt on the attention paid to cleaning. The shower curtain was spotted with mould and there was grime in the corners of the bathroom. There was air-con, though the machine was too noisy to run through the night. At least it wasn't expensive.
