I had a beautiful stay here! My room was clean, well equipped and as I'm a wheelchair user also accessible. The whole building was absolutely beautiful. Old-fashioned yet still modern where it mattered. I hope I get to stay here again someday! (Only con: the lift was SMALL, maybe adding a max measurement for wheelchairs during the booking process would be good, but then again I booked 3rd party so maybe that's on the actual website)

We stayed one night at the Burlington for a friends’ get-together. It was easy to locate off the M20 and we managed to squeeze our car into a free on-street parking spot next to the hotel, just outside the Folkestone CPZ. …

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and German Shepherd. What a fantastic hotel. The staff from the managers to the lady who cleaned our rooms (daily) were brilliant. Food was very good. Will be staying again probably for a long w/e in December. From Carol and Steve Humphreys, and Spirit the dog😊

Stayed here for one night this weekend while attending a friends Wedding nearby. Location was great, as were the front desk staff, who allowed us to leave our bags prior to official check in and were all round very helpful.I feel the room was not reflective of the price and was very small with a very small bed, but for £150 it was less than what I would expect. However it was very clean which was great. My low score in mainly reflective of Breakfast. Breakfast was an absolute Fiasco.Had I been told I would have to book a slot to have breakfast, I probably would have booked the holiday Inn, where I would have had a larger room and breakfast when I wanted it at 9am ( for considerably less money).I was informed on checking in after the wedding ( 1am), that I could only go to breakfast at 8am or 9.45am. Neither time really suited. We went for 9:45am, and when we went down to the restaurant it was so chaotic it was almost funny. There were around 15 empty tables, all with dirty plates and no one sitting on them. Yet we had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated because they were full......We were informed if we wanted to order breakfast it would be a long wait..... or else we could opt for the buffet. The buffet had nothing in there! I'm not joking literally nothing for about 30 mins. It was then topped up... but all went immediately as every guest in the restaurant had been waiting. It also took roughly 45 minutes to get a latte. The actual food was nice, but you either need more staff downstairs or you need to STOP with the additional orders and just focus on keeping the buffet stocked up. I wish we had just gone for breakfast elsewhere.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. Our bedroom was modern and spacious with very comfortable beds and great walk-in shower.Great choice of continental and cooked breakfast. All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.Location is excellent with the seafront promenade taking you to the harbour and Folkestone's old town, with numerous art galleries, cafés and shops. The hotel's bar is cosy and serves a great selection of food. We'll definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks to the Burlington crew for making us feel "at home" ❤️

Fantastic location right next to the Leas for walking and a few minutes down to the beach. We stayed 4 nights. The room was large and comfortable and reception staff helpful. The only downside was that breakfast was an exercise in chaos; not enough staff and pretty moderate food for a 4 star hotel. Overall, a great place to stay though.

Very clean and comfortable, easy to find and parking available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location for us as meeting friends at a local restaurant. Only stayed 1 night and would probably go for a larger room if staying longer.
