Lovely large en suite room with the most wonderful view. You look down on a beautiful old thatched building, the church and you can see all the way over the sea to Wales. Friendly and helpful people, a nice breakfast and super clean everywhere. Couldn't be better. Good value for money!

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Since we arrived the owners (Nick and Maggie) were extremely helpful and lovely. They gave us amazing tips of towns and places to visit around and even lend us maps of the area to discover trails and footpaths that took us to beautiful places. The hotel itself was very clean (me and my wife are demanding in this aspect) and the bed was comfy. There are several options of breakfast, including a vegetarian one, and there is free dedicated parking at the premises. If go back to the area, we will definitely stay at Overstream Guest House without thinking it twice.

What a find. Ideally situated in the village. The room was tastefully decorated with a view of the church. Very clean and fresh looking. The proprietor was very informative regarding local walks and eateries. Plus a brilliant full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend

We stayed just one night but would happily have stayed much longer. The room was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had a lovely view. The ensuite bathroom was very big and luxurious.  …

This is my second visit and the welcome was as friendly as last time. The newly expanded shower room was very comfortable as were the beds. I will definitely visit a third time if I'm in the area again.
