My family and I have departed Weston-Super-Mare today after a weeks visit and we had the pleasure of staying at the Savoy b&b. Alex our host was gracious, incredibly pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful! We had an issue on the first night well out of anyone’s control but he moved very quickly to make sure we were satirised and comfortable for the remainder of our stay and offered us an extra night free of charge. We would the place is value for money with off street parking adjacent to the gorgeous Seafront. The rooms themselves need a little bit of tlc but otherwise we have no complaints. We look forward to staying again! Thank you very much Alex ❤️ it was our pleasure.

Ali was a lovely host! Rooms were nice and clean but still needed a little updating which you can see Ali was trying his hardest to do! For the location, price and what you recieve I would say was a very fair price. We were upgraded to a balcony for free, however room only had a toilet and no shower, but it was a small compromise as was only staying 1 night but a bath is accessible in the hallway if a shower/bath was wanted.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!I recently had an appalling experience with The Savoy in Western Super Mare. The hotel's online representation was completely misleading. Upon arrival, the lobby was in disarray, and there were groups of young males hanging around in a way that made my family and I feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This was especially concerning with children in our care.Things took a disturbing turn when individuals in one of the front rooms began to make vulgar gestures toward my girlfriend, objectifying her and staring. They even seemed to be engaging in suspicious behavior, hitting a card on the table repeatedly. We felt so unsafe that we immediately canceled our booking and relocated to a nearby Premier Inn, which offered a far more secure and family-friendly atmosphere.Despite this distressing situation, The Savoy has refused to issue a refund, hiding behind policy. This is unacceptable given the unsafe conditions we encountered. I’ve reached out to their customer service and management team but they continue to state it is non refundable. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including legal options and posting reviews to warn other families about this potentially unsafe hotel. It’s incredibly disappointing that The Savoy would allow such issues to persist and ignore genuine concerns from paying customers. I urge families to think twice before booking here, as safety clearly does not seem to be a priority.

Oh dear. This place needs updating badly. Shame on the owners for not investing. The wall lights didn't work, the paint job was terrible and I couldn't feel safe with my family staying there so we moved to a different hotel.
