This is a lovely place to stay and full of character. With ample room, we were really shocked about the size of our family room... we had a very large bedroom and massive private bath room, with separate shower and bath and a landing that had a locking door, so we could use it for our bags. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cath is a great host it was a bit of a trip back in time for me because I used to live next door all my childhood. Anyway the room was large clean, well presented and breakfast was fab. Manor Farm is part of the history of Coton in the Elms and it’s now playing its role as a fabulous b&b. Remember this is a 200 year old house so it will creak and rattle. That aside more fun that a hotel that would be two or three times the price.

The house is set in a beautiful village, it is very clean and well presented. Unfortunately the hostess was very hostile we did not feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We were told to clean our room at one point and the only positive interaction we had was during breakfast unfortunately it was only started so she could present the bill and asked how we wanted to pay, she could not get rid of us fast enough. We received milk in our room on arrival and it was never replaced during our stay, there were flies buzzing around the room and when we left we noticed little black bugs that then pushed can jump extremely high... The smoke alarm was also a standard room and not bedroom which meant there was a green LED which lit the whole room up making it hard to sleep. For a 4 star B&B not good enough.

I stayed here for a month in June 2017 in connection with work. It lives up to its 4 star rating with Silver award in every respect. Rooms are spacious and clean. I am fussy about the pressure of water in the shower and I was pleased with the power shower in my room. There is ample parking in the court yard. This Georgian building is full of character. Catherine is an excellent host. I would stay here again, given another opportunity.
