My wife and I spent four nights here. Our room was clean and spacious and our host Andrew was very pleasant and helpful. The generous breakfasts allowed us to skip lunch entirely!Although isolated - there really is only the B&B and 'The Barrel Inn' next door - the views are spectacular. There's plenty to do in the area. We cycled the Monsal Trail to Bakewell. Walked up Mam Tor. Visited one of the many caverns around Castleton and also the medieval Haddan Hall, to name but a few!If you come by car - recommended - there is private parking behind the B&B.We're definitely coming back one day.
