We were initially put in a room that was more like a dirty old dungeon than a ‘luxury party apartment’. The sound system was broken, no water came from the taps, the fridge was broken and there was a disgusting smell of damp and drains. When we went back to reception, we were informed that Tesco's drain problems were the source of the horrible smell. Considering we had paid over £3,000, we expected luxury but what we got was a run down brothel. The second room we were given was marginally better, but the entire place is not what it looks like on their Instagram or website. With 18 of us needing to use the shower, only one person could use it at a time because of the water pressure being none existent. The service was a shambles and the overall experience was far from worth the price we paid, the only good thing about the place was the location and the door out of it.

stayed in the vault and paid a hell of a lot for it too. absolutely stunk of drains, so tired and dated it was absolutely horrendous. called ahead after reading terrible reviews and was assured the vault had been revamped which is absolutely hadn’t. just avoid at all costs

The best party pad for our Christmas night out ever. Huge soundsystem, plenty of space and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom! The location is perfect if you want to head into town or enjoy everything that is on your door step, there is so much just outside. We also went to the Alma club and loves the show. Highly recommend.

We came up to Liverpool to celebrate a friends 21st and we wanted to be sure we had a proper base to stay for the weekend... we were not disappointed.||||Huge and spacious rooms, with funky decor to set the scene, the team couldn't do enough for us either, the staff on reception were really helpful.
