Very cheap, very central location, very convenient check-in and check-out. However, you get exactly what you pay for. So don't expect too much.

I sent request for approval and was charged 17,25GBP.||After that the request was declined and since then-nothing||According to the rules it should happen in 10 days.||Wrote 2 mails to the property-no responce.||Don't book this property!

Hotel is in the heart of Liverpool,entry was via a code on your phone,took me a while to find my room,it was a little cold at first but after having the heater on fir a bit it soon warm up,room was clean and I had a good sleep,the price I paid was amazing,would definitely stay again

Good value for the price. Small beds and bathrooms did smell a bit but for just a hed for the night not too bad. Staff were nice enough and rooms fairly clean.

It's cheap and you get a bed to sleep in and you get your own room which is good really. I'd probably only stay if I was drunk enough to sleep on the plastic mattress and you had other people with you who was on the same floor. Some guy was playing his electric guitar at 7am and the music and partying outside stops around 4am on a Saturday. Location is excellent. There was a proper pong coming from the bathrooms and I can't imagine things get a deep clean ever there too so I avoided a shower and waited until I got home the following day. All in all for the price you pay it isn't that bad.

Toilets were a disgrace. The place is like a maze, one door leads to another door. Room smelt like someone had been chain smoking in it for years. Id sleep in a bus stop before Id stay in this place. How this is advertised on booking.com I dont know.

STAY AWAY!! complete shambles of a place! They tried to take payment before I was even at the hotel upon doing so my card had declined because I had cash they then cancelled my booking and left me no where to stay that evening no reception n no one about to help....STAY CLEAR
