This "guest house" is a refurbished apartment building with rooms for rent within. Our room was a bunk room with three bunk beds , two small lamp stands. There are no perks to the "guest house." Internet worked intermittently. The TV required a password we never received. Lighting in the room consisted of one ceiling light not bright enough to read with. The bathroom was adequate for showers, but the air vent was clogged with dirt. Parking is by chance, meaning g its first come street parking on a busy inner city street. I ended up parking halfway on the side walk half on the street to avoid getting sideswiped by traffic. The community kitchen was adequate with running water ,microwave, and frigerator with leftover food in it. The price we paid over 100 pound per night was overpriced . At most, this was like spending a night in a hostel. I would recommend this place only as a last resort. The store fronts are all locked with metal garage doors at night. Lock your car and watch your back in this neighborhood.

Great place 2 go will be going back again love how the place is set out pool darts even a 4 player console linked,,so there's plenty 2 do in the house rooms clean and tidy all u need is here, I will be booking again b4 summer is gone.

Spent Saturday night here whilst visiting the city centre on the Saturday and going to Liverpool game on Sunday lunch-time. The room was clean/warm and the facilities were fine, use of the kitchen area for making tea/coffee fridge, microwave and toast for the morning. A good base for seeing Liverpool FC. Parking ok in the street. Meg was pleasant and able to assist.

Stayed here for one night while visiting for a Liverpool match. Great price and great value for money. Twenty minutes walk to and from Anfield with lots of various takeaways or cafes along the route for something to eat. Room was very spacious with extremly comfortable beds and fresh clean towels. Very nice communal kitchen and lounge area too. Main road was a bit noisey outside but traffic eased off by about 11pm, it didn't stop us getting a great night's sleep. Ten minute bus journey back in to Liverpool1. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean sheets, cozy beds and carpeted floor. Common kitchen is well maintained and good for 4 to 6 people. Heater had some issues in our room though.

Stayed here for a girlie weekend, was absolutely spot on. Clean, tidy and great value for money. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again.
