NOT RECOMMENDABLE!People who want to book rooms at this Sheil Suites aparthotel need to know that this aparthotel belongs to the Beech Mount Hotel.Therefore, before going to Sheil Suites, you must go to Mount Beech Hotel to check in, since they do not give you another option to do it online and when you check in, apart from charging you the cost of the hotel, they charge you £ 50 as a guarantee and they say that they will return it to you after a week, when they verify that you have left everything in order (as if they do not verify it on the same day that you have left, or at the latest the next day); It took me two weeks and a day until I had it back in my account and I wrote to them several times and I had to get angry with them to get it back... The distance between the two hotels is a mile, walking about 15 minutes, a real joy to walk so much with suitcases…As we arrived around 10 at night, I asked you please if there is any option of not going to the hotel first to check in and then taking another taxi to go to the aparthotel with the suitcases and you gave me the alternative of staying at the Mount Beech Hotel. I accepted it, not knowing the conditions... although they were quite bad, everything old, washing with two different taps for hot and cold water and quite separated, they did not have a hair dryer (although I asked for it the next day and they let me have it), The shower screen did not close properly and water came out when we showered, it was left quite open.The shower head fell down, it didn't stay fixed (you just had to tighten the screw) and it was almost impossible to shower like that. I told them and they fixed it the next day.There was very little water pressure in the shower, compared to the water in the sink (they didn't fix this and we had a very bad time with the shower).

This place deserves a much better rating.Great location, spacious and clean room, and bathroom. Digital nomads can appreciate a speedy Wi-Fi.Check-in made in other hotel is nothing disturbing, and it is especially communicated by the staff ahead of the stay.I'll come back!

Stayed for one night. Room very clean and well laid out and presented. One of the single beds was very uncomfortable and very soft so made for an uncomfortable night. There is a lack of shelves to put things on in bathroom.
