Health Warning - What a sham. Booked for the weekend of the Grand National and told 48hrs before we could not go, due to a broken boiler. Two weeks later no refund despite our friend who booked the accommodation making numerous efforts to get a full refund. Con artists and illegal withholding of monies. stay away from this property.

I am just back from staying in this location for 3 nights, and I will not be booking this again. Where do you begin- The beds are so uncomfortable that mattresses all need to be replaced. I'm back home with a sore back. The sofa bed has springs broken through it. My mate slept on the sofa downstairs for 3 nights.The vanity unit in the bathroom leaked everywhere. The extraction fan is broken in the bathroom and so in the handle to open the window. The place smells of damp.The whole house needed a good clean.The back garden- ashtray was rammed with old wrotten cigarette butt's and was long overdue and empty. These stank.The neighbourhood is basically a fly tipping area and has lots of empty houses.Even our taxi man laughed when he dropped us off in the area and said were mad to be staying there. It was match weekend so finding a change of accommodation was virtually impossible and very expensiveJust don't book it 🙈🙈🙈 this was a truly awful experience.

Do not Book this, soo bad , when I got there in the living room at the window it was full of ants even though somebody aparently cleaned before I got there, the bed is really uncomfortable , you can feel all the springs in it , rubbish left outside and so on..avoid with any costs !!!?!

Property was in a poor state of repair, filthy, stains on the carpet, mould in the main bedroom, rubbish bags left in the courtyard, overflowing cigarette butt bin, sofa felt sticky and dirty. Had to seek alternative accommodation.
