Only negative was shower was a bit weak and TV was crap. But why would need to watch TV on a night out in Liverpool!!

this apartment was fantastic very cheap aswell at £14 a night lovely and clean very spacious only downfall its £500 deposit but this was refunded to us the day we left also our apartment sleeps 9/10 people so if you divide it up its around …

I can't believe how nice this apartment was, amazing location, amazing value for money, so cheap I thought they'd made a mistake with the pricing. Truly a magnificent apartment, would highly recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone. I am definitely going to book again.

Nice rooms but never ever againDo not book here if you want a good night's sleep. Right above the cavern club......loud all nightRooms were OK....but the room we had had a beeping noise that went off every 10 to 15 minutes

The location here is both the positive and the negative - amazingly close to everything, but also means you won’t sleep because of how close you are to all the bars…I’ve never been anywhere like this where I literally felt like I was in the bar when trying to get to sleep it was that loud.The people who manage the Ustay apartments are terribly organised and show an astonishingly lack of humanity.

Firstly, the good stuff!These apartments are great they are roomy, clean, and have everything you could need for a group away trip (assuming you like loud and noisy nights - like our Stag do) and are happy not to sleep until the surrounding bars close. Location is superb, everything in Liverpool center is within a 15 min walk, and the value for money is top top notch.Unfortunately we also had a few issues which included having our accomodation changed last minute (on the day of booking) due to a leak in our original apartment that had been going on for some time. The rooms we were given as a replacement were great though.The big issue, however, came when we got ourselves locked out (yes, our fault and very stupid I know). Ustay's office hours are 8-8 on the weekdays and we got ourselves locked out shortly after 8pm. There is absolutely no way to contact them after this time until they re-open (we know, we tried everything). After walking the streets for hours (some of us without phones, wallets and medication) we bit the bullet and booked a single night at another hotel until we could regain access in the morning, costing us an extra £230 and putting the health of some of our group at risk (insulin inaccessible). This seems a massive oversight on the organisations part that, at some points, emergency weekday contact may be required.Without the kindness and generosity of the people of Liverpool for pointing us in the right direction we'd have been in real trouble and possible been on the street that night.Edit: after raising these issues through both an automated feedback process, online review, and through calling Ustay directly (and being told management would be informed), nobody sought to make with me or my group contact to discuss these issues further.
