Positive points are location which was really convenient and relatively quiet for a city location. Outlook was open and did have an oblique river view from our penthouse; plenty of space indoors and out and plenty of hot water for showers. However…Overall impression of apartments was that they are furnished to cater for a market of hen/ stag parties living out of a suitcase for two nights. Beyond the glossy photos are stains on the carpets, sofas, wardrobes full of z-beds, little furniture in bedrooms and nowhere to ‘unpack’ to. Beds that felt too small for the space (need to be a giant to be able to turn off the bedside light from bed) and a lack of outdoor furniture. One usable chair and cushions, no table and chairs for outdoor dining. Some bedrooms were very hot with no opening doors or windows.The smoke detector in the kitchen was absent and unsure if the building alarm sounded in the apartment- we became aware of it ringing once because one of our boys heard it being nearer to the front door and opened the door to check- it did not sound in the apartment. Communal areas were tired, linen abandoned in lobbies. Unwanted leftovers from previous guests all gave a sense of unease.Booking administration was unsettling and poor. My booking was initially cancelled, four months after booking and I didn’t feel I got a straight answer as to why. After some unease we rebooked after a reduction was offered, but combined with arrival instructions on the day and check in details 15 minutes before all just caused a lack of confidence.Several days before arriving our 3 bed apartment was ‘unavailable’, with several different reasons over the coming days. We were given an alternative- a two bed and one bed- which had great views but smelt of drains and meant we had to split our family for a night. A solution was found to having to check out of one and into another and not take our bags around for the day but it felt like pulling teeth to get. Our security deposit was promptly returned with no issues but I did feel I had to take full photos of all apartments just in case as my confidence in the company was low.So, book for the location, potential to have great views of the river but do so with your eyes open and don’t expect a stress free stay or cleanliness/ specification to match the glossy photos.

The apartment was nothing like the pictures, so filthy, bathroom stinks, kitchen was so dirty and you can’t use it or you will get sick, no seating area in the balcony like advertised, nothing in the living room except a couch, straight forward a scam. Door handles were broken.

What a Scam!! In short nothing advertised in the photos are in reality.Toilets smell drainage.The property is empty nothing like what is shown in the photos.Above all, they asked us to pay deposit yet the damages in the apartment are great.Frustrating, as they are not accepting to refund or even change the apartment.They offered late checkout hahaha what a scam

I just arrived to the property, the rating provided for this place 7.5 is so generous.Trust me and please ignore the photos seen its nothing like this.Dont book here!!They took a deposit for what with all those damages.Coffee machine not available.Seats in the balcony not available.The worst part was the toilets, smells like drainage. Whats worse?Goodluck if you already booked.Where are the fancy looking rooms?Where are the living room?I dont want to speak more.The main point, is that its nothing close to whats in the photos.
