Appalling. It is a student residence, not a hotel or a hostel. When we arrived, the room was dirty, and they didn't fix the problem until three days later. The first day we had to sleep there because no one could solve anything, and the next two days we had to book and pay for two other hotels. Of all the expenditure we made, which was almost 350 euros, they have returned 190, in a completely arbitrary manner, despite sending all the appropriate invoices.

horrendous place. dirty carpets, strong smell of urine in the bathroom. charged £50 deposit for the possible damage to the property in July. still zero information or communication. never ever ever make a mistake by staying there.

- Staff was very incompetent and unfriendly- Bed far too small for 2 people (120cm)- Bathroom & kitchen were dirty; unusable- Room was very noisy- The smell and temperature were unbearable- Way too expensive- Pictures do NOT correspond to reality in ANY WAY- Not recommended, we were very disappointed and had to move to other accommodation. The price was not refunded to us, nor was the deposit.

Don’t waste your money to stay in this place. It’s a scam. They only take your money then disappear. The service is bad, the room is bad, the bed is tiny. With the same price you can have much better hotel with better service.

if you're poor stay here. if you look for comfort after traveling stay away from this place. lots of insect, they charge for cleaning up the room but they did not do, the bed si awfull unless you have a back made of iron. this is a student room. with the same price better stay at ibis or travelodge

We stayed here after reading terrible reviews at the last second and now ready for anything and instead we had a pretty good time. We had a room on the seventh floor, a quiet floor and a room that had been cleaned with a free shower kit and a toilet problem that was resolved by the staff shortly after the request. overall the room is more than fine for two people even if we found a dirty curtain. among the negative points there is certainly the organization of those who manage everything: whatever problem we had it was almost impossible to contact the structure, which, furthermore, warned us an hour before check-in that there was €10 missing from the payment and that if if we hadn't paid them they might not have reserved the room for us (quite right, but you can't notify us on the same day an hour before check-in...things have to be done well!). Furthermore, shortly before leaving, no one answered us anymore; We didn't even know what precise time check in was, fortunately after a few phone calls to the facility we were able to speak to a very helpful person. Dirty clothes are not changed and no one comes to clean rooms. All things considered, the location is excellent and we didn't have any problems, wi-fi worked great. for value for money I would definitely return.

It doesn’t even deserve a star. Dirty, disgusting, smelling and unhygienic hotel. There was mold in the bathroom I couldn’t even take a shower. I heard the sound of rats when I tried to go to sleep. The staff was intimidating. We booked for several nights but it was impossible to stay there so we just already left. It was the worst experience ever, I had never felt that insecure before.

Avoid at all costs, booked a room her for a work colleague and she turned up and the room was not cleaned at all, someone was literally staying in the room when she arrived. On complaining they said they would clean the next day and she would have to find somewhere else to stay for the night. At 8pm on a Sunday!

Horrible. Chambre sale (insectes, boites à rat, moisissures) inconfortable (lit une place vendu pour un 2 places, matelas inconfortable), bruyant (mur fin, on entendait tout, chaques portes ouvertes et fermées faisaient trembler les murs) : a fuir!_____A very bad experience. To make it clear : dirty, the room are disgusting . rat boxes in front of the door, insects smash on the wall's room, mold in the bathroom and smelling urine. Very noisy too! The walls are very thin so you could hear every word that people in other rooms said, and every door slaming. Plus, There is a huge construction site next to the accommodation beginning early in the morning so it is quite difficult to sleep.it's not an hotel but a student room. No bin inside the room. It was a one size bed but certainly not a two size bed like they anounced us. The bed was awful, so uncomfortable.Their customer service is impossible to reach. They only contact you before arrival to get your money and that's it.After your payment no one is even concerned if you're having any difficulties within your stay. My advice : run away of this place and search for a true hotel who will treat you right!!!

1 star and it's already a high price to pay, but let's admit, just for the location.These are actually student rooms. We paid quite a lot (more than €100 per night) for a double room which turned out to be a single room. When we arrived, we discovered mouse traps in front of the bedroom door... When we entered the room, we noticed insects crushed on the wall. No TV, no air conditioning: at the limit, we could do without it but no trash can, no toilet brush, no toothbrush cups, a building site under construction next door and ultra-thin walls and non-existent ventilation. Let us add to this already infernal cocktail a disastrous literature. The springs sink into our back: it's impossible to rest and even difficult to sleep. This "hotel" ruined our vacation. Impossible to contact anyone, there is no reception. This is clearly scandalous. Theft! Run away!!!

Terrible experience. The photos do not look at all like reality. This is a small student room. 1.2m double bed, no toilet paper, bathroom door that doesn't close.

Dirty rooms, smelling urine. Hairs on the floors, no utensils in the kitchen.
Very good location and cheap. So if you are poor you have no choice but to live this misery otherwise go somewhere more descent that makes you feel you are a respected human beeing that deserves basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.

A big scam, do not go to this hotel, as indicated in the previous comment. My keys are given at the entrance to the establishment. It is neither a hotel room nor a hotel. it is in reality a student room, without ventilation, poorly insulated, dirty, not cleaned (5 day stay without any change of towel, bedding, shower gel, soap etc.) the walls are full of crushed mosquitoes/insects ( I imagine that the previous occupants had no choice but to open the windows because it is unbreathable). the bed sold as a double is actually a single bed with 2 pillows. customer service is unreachable and you are left to your own devices as soon as you hand over the keys. flee and do not book this hotel which, despite the attractive price, is a trap.

When I was given the key and entered the room, there were no sheets, pillows or towels. I can't reach the staff even if I call. It is a scam to spend more than 20,000 yen per night with this. Too lazy.
