Picturesque place on the outside but when you enter it leaves you confused by the change, very large and super clean room, large bathrooms to share, you can use a refrigerator and a microwave and you have tea and coffee with cookies in the room. Next door you have a Domino's and a Mac Donald

It was an experience for getting to the BnB at night but all in all it was a nice stay and would still go back again.Also, the lady is very polite and helpful.Thank you again and hope to catch a room when we do come back to Liverpool again.

The music from next door pub goes on till 1130 most nights on weekends till about 230 the wus lots of kick offs too weeks I Wu's there rooms where clean and bathrooms best ting about place Wu's ann she made me feel and others very welcome lovely lady

This hotel is truly terrible, we were supposed to stay here for 4 nights, but could only spend one night at this awful place. First of all the restaurant below the hotel plays very loud music until midnight and it is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. Aside from this we saw rats near the entrance.

Outer appearance deceptive- looks horrible! Nice clean quiet room, good mattress, with parking just outside the window for my minibus so the boss was happy about vehicle security. Ann is great. Helpful Shared bathroom and shower really clean. Good meal amenities very close, very good value Chinese takeaway 5 minutes walk.

Booked a triple room at 3pm for check in around 4.30pm. A 5 min later received a call from the hotel, that check in not available until 7pm. Offered us to wait in double room until someone could check us in and them move to triple room. As this wasn't acceptable, requested to cancel our bookings and full refund.Hotel chargedud full amount for 1 nigh amd refund not given. Not responding to emails or sms. Very poor service and awful attitude.Do not recommend.
