Went down for a holiday with my boyfriend. The hotel was super easy to get into and was lovely to wake up each morning to see anfield stadium. Hotel staff was so kind and thoughtful and helped us any way we needed. Best place I’ve stayed in Liverpool.

If you are expecting a fancy hotel then forget it! The rooms are serviceable and roomy but very basic and in need of upgrading. The location is outstanding if you are visiting Anfield and the surrounding area. Didn't see anybody there but the communication was really good and the owner was very helpful.

Friendly staff that are very approachable and chatty, easy check in and check out and a great view of Anfield stadium from the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its cheap price and affordability when trying to access Anfield stadium.

Stayed overnight on match day. Fantastic location, really great communication, couldn't have done more to make us welcome (except sorting out a better result 🤣). Would stay again if in the area.

I don't know if I'll ever stay here again in my life. For this to happen, some things would have to be different than they are or were in 2024.There was a closet where you could store your things. The cleanliness wasn't as I expected. I booked the room through Booking and relied on the information and reviews. Yes, there was breakfast, but if you don't know how things work here, you'll feel lost. On the other hand, there was all sorts of things in the fridge and some of it belonged to the guests. There were dishes lying around in the kitchen, some of which hadn't been washed (thanks to those lazy and dirty guests), a ladder was in the room, the towel was dirty with paint and it had probably not been cleaned for a long time.The room itself was small and I was able to set myself up, but the workmanship in the bathroom and the floor were a disaster. There was a light bulb hanging from the ceiling in the hallway - not a real lamp, cables hanging loosely from the wall, no closet, no hangers, a mirror in the bathroom that is so pointlessly attached that you can't use it, almost no sockets, etc.I could go on forever, but there are positives too. Michael is an extremely helpful and very, very nice person. Just the fact that he is the contact person makes me forgive a lot. Then the proximity to the stadium is amazing.

Beds weren’t really comfortable had springs digging in my back and there was someone’s gum on the ladder of the bunk bed and it felt like it was going to break in room 3 and the tv didn’t have a remote but a great view of Anfield

Stayed for 1 night, yeah it was fine, looked exactly like the pictures, not a fan of the shared kitchen but I only used it for a cuppa, k8ds wouldn't use it, but yeah if needed to would use again

Booked this place for the night as we were doing the anfield tour and the service along with ghe location were amazing! Before we even set iff we were called, texted and emailed all useful information and about how we used the accommodation. Due to a booking error when we arrived the cleaner noticed we only had a room with a double bed and there were three of us. Michael who has been great through the whole process rang me to inform us that they had changed our room with no issues so that we had enough beds. The place its self smells clean and tidy and the view of Anfiel from the room was incredible. They have also been great since we have left! Will definitely stay again

Stayed for 1 night because we had Anfield stadium tour booked and we found this B&B very close to stadium. Price for 1 night and 2 rooms was surprisingly good and Michael was very welcoming and kind. This probably was only place outside home where we all slept great on first night. Beds are very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast there because we were rushing but we know that there is coffee, tea, cereal selection, milk and everything else for quick breakfast if anyone wants. Definitely will return if we need to stay in the area.

We got scammed by our initial booking in booking.com so the owners, Michael and Tom help us get into this place. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room is very clean, we had our own tv and bathroom. And the place is literally a 3 min walk to the stadium.

Great location right next to the stadium - an ideal place for people coming to the match. Free parking is also available on non-match days, which is another advantage.The room is spacious, with a bathroom and a shared kitchen. Michael was extremely nice and helpful. The friendly check-in and check-out process is also worth mentioning.The downside is the bad smell in the room (we had room number 8) - it seems to me that there is not much that can be done about it, because there is quite an old installation there and it was like the smell from the pipes in the bathroom. The bathroom could be cleaner (hair from previous tenants in the shower).

Me and my 12 year old son stayed for a night when doing the Anfield tour and the hotel was amazing. We could see the Kop from the window and when we stepped out the front door 😍 the staff were lovely especially Mike as he made everything as easy as possible then let me leave my car in the hotel car park while we done the tour which he didn’t have to do but he’s such a nice guy. The room itself was big, very nicely decorated and really clean. I’d recommend to anybody and will be going back when we get the chance to see a match. Definitely 10 stars out of 5 from me 👍
