Amazing stay would definitely recommend. Perfect location for Liverpool one and the Albert Dock. We stayed in the executive suite with breakfast and everything you needed was in the room and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff at the Maldron Liverpool were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being only a short walk from the arena, the docks and the Liverpool One shopping centre.I was given an accessible room, with full wet room, and this was excellent. The room was large and the bed firm, but comfortable. I would have liked to have seen a few more areas to put things, for example of chest of drawers, but I managed. There was also nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries as the sink was very small, so these items had to stay in the main part of the room. These are very small improvements but would make a big difference.

I was in this hotel for a few weeks and i didnāt want to say this but things got out of control. The waiteress ella has made me feel so bad for days and i kept it to myself i understand its their job to make sure the customer is happy but flirting is something i didnāt expect. Everytime she took our order she didnāt even look at me like i was not there i didnāt exist kept staring at my boyfriend came way too closer to him. She used to make sure she does the payment process just be near him and its not just me my boyfriend told me he feel uncomfortable so we decided to speak to a manager the manager said she will take care of it. The same evening we went down to eat as long as the manager was around she didnāt come near us as soon as the manager left she came to our table ( we had already ordered and was eating our food) she was stood there for Ā£5mins my bf asked her whys she there she said just making sure u donāt need anything.We both knew that was on purpose the whole point of this is to let the managers know and nothing else. Over all service was Great and we had a good timeBut ella needs to stop eyeing on other men!

The room was fresh, clean and roomy, the bed was very comfortable the bedding was lush . The window you could actually use and thatās good! The Hotel was 8mins walk to the dock and was very quiet . The staff was very nice and helpful .

Beautiful hotelThe reception staff are so lovely and polite nothing was to much to ask forThe bar and restaurant area are very clean and comfortable the food was beautiful we had an evening meal and a breakfast and both were delicious really worth the money.The rooms are big and spacious comfy bed and all amenities provided such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities.A very nice stylish modern bathroom. This hotel is in a really good location close to everything. I would recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back again.

Myself and my partner booked a last minute stay at the Maldron. |Customer service upon arrival and throughout our stay was great. The room was lovely, clean with a great view. Breakfast was lovely a wide range of variety.|We would highly recommend staying at the Maldron.

We got to the hotel around 12 and were over the moon our room was ready for us already. We had a double and single bed the room was immaculate we had a bottle of water and nice toiletries in the bathroom.Ā ā¦

I want a BIG THANK YOU to Will Cliff who made us hot chocolate and brownies with cream , he made us feel so welcome with my son and nephew who is in wheelchair. The staff were very friendly and made us all feel so welcome .Ā ā¦

Great hotel, centrally located, very clean and most of the staff were exceptionally pleasant (security guard on Saturday evening excluded - very rude)Room was spacious and well equipped.A very strange noise coming from air con during the night (imagine mix between toilet flushing, a trolley being wheeled past with glasses on, and a washing machine with nuts & bolts in) - happened periodically, but not the end of the world!

Well located hotel close to the centre. Easy walking distance to most central attractions.Great view from the 6th floor.Clean, comfortable and easy check in/ out.Bar staff could have looked happier but great stay.

3 of us stayed in the hotel, great weekend close to everything. After having an issue with the cleanliness, speaking with staff reassuring it would be sorted it wasnāt. On our last day Adam asked was room sorted we explained it wasnāt, Adam was very helpful & got us speaking with manager who sorted the problem out.

Booked by my employer as what was meant to be a budget room for my overnight conference stay. Anything but... Spotless room with a lovely handwritten welcome to Liverpool postcard on arrival. Really nice facilities in the room and bathroom. Really good choice for breakfast and as much as you could eat and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Even stored my bag for the 2nd day of the conference for me to pick up before I drove home. Brilliant location near town and the Albert dock, definately staying there again. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed šš

Lovely hotel only been open 4mnths very friendly helpful staff the only thing I would say is there needs to be more staff on for breakfast but a very good choice it's in a good location for the docks and arena and the bus station

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is new, very clean and tidy. Easy access from the train terminal, 15 minutes away, and the pier is also at the same distance. I found it very central to get to know Liverpool and I was also able to go to Anfield stadium on a bus approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. The service was great, they gave us recommendations on where to have dinner, a nice detail was that they gave us a map and explained what places to visit, also complimentary cookies. Very varied and rich complete breakfast.The spacious rooms with a beautiful view have a TV, refrigerator, teapot, iron, and table. Etc.I would stay here again!
