Stayed in this hotel for one night for my wife’s birthday weekend absolutely disgusting soon as I got into room urine was all over toilet seat then sink blocked and no hot water says on website bar open but it was closed told me they did room service when I checked out never explain to me when checked in I really didn’t wanna stay wanted to leave but didn’t wanna ruin wife’s birthday weekend told front desk stillWaiting for phone call back 2 weeks now as I didn’t wanna have them bad review as I tried sorting this out with hotel as this not my stile but 150 a nite with urine all over seat joke!! Plus I phoned up number of times never responded really disappointing

Stayed for five nights whilst my home was be renovated.Love the look of the hotel it self. Looks sleek and classy on the outside and inside. Unfortunately the clientele seemed to be the exact opposite (except for me, of course)Very pleased with my room; it was spacious (huge!), clean, working AC, iron & ironing board provided which saved me from having to ask reception and the price for my room was very good.Just a few points on house keeping. I feel that the cleaners got a bit lazy after two days:1. I can tell my bed sheets were not changed on some days, the bed was simply made up and not to the standard you would expect of a hotel.2. The cups and spoons were not cleaned properly or at all. There were visible tea/coffee stains on both.3: took two days for my visibly overflowing bins to be emptied.4: My clean towels were chucked on the chair instead of being folded and put in the bathroom where they should have been.Location is great, it’s right on the pier head. Close to my office. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people/beggars/users around this area.On my third night my neighbours (a couple) began arguing at 10pm and didn’t stop until 2am the next day, so I didn’t sleep that night. I called reception three times during this 4 hour window and to their credit, the security guard did come up each time to see what the commotion was about but by the time he got to my floor, they stopped arguing for a bit and then would start up again. So we never actually found the culprits. There were also a lot of people coming in and out of their room, doors slamming, stomping down the corridor. This carried on for the duration of my stay. I suspect they were doing unsavoury things in that room…

Think if you were staying for a city break, this would be a good hotel for you.Booked this hotel for my wedding guests to stay in, over 45 guests to stay in this hotel at a reasonable rate. Rooms were clean, and served it's purpose. The staff were helpful enough. Wanted my wedding party to be close to the venue and enjoy their stay.I wouldn't agree that pictures aren't 100% true to the hotel, the online presence would lead you to believe it's a airy, open space place, however it's in a Terrance build.There was no breakfast option, had I known this option before booking, would have looked elsewhere. The reservation manager did try to get something arranged but think the idea was taken off the table after she had spoken to the rest of her team. After speaking to the operation manager who was quite direct on the phone, he suggested we speak to the pubs close by.Having paid for my guests to eat elsewhere for the morning, felt cheated from the hotel. Like I said, I wanted my guests to enjoy the stay for my wedding and sending them to a different location the morning after wasn't ideal.

The rooms are big for what is expected for the price. The service of the staff are good as they are all polite and kind. The location is also near the city, tourist areas and the dock. The only reason why I didnt gave this a 5 star is because of no functional air conditioning when we stayed.

Travelling as a group of 4 to attend on the waterfront festival and this hotel is in the best location for that part of Liverpool. Within walking distance of Lime Street Station and on the Main Street for the bus tour pick up.The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The only negative was that the AC wasn’t working so it was very hot but fans were provided. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but ate at the very good Wetherspoons just across the road.Fab location.

The staff was rude, no room cleaning, no new towels.No air conditioning in the hotel, no possibility of opening the windows. Strong musty smell and excessive heat!Apart from the location, I strongly advise against this hotel!

Decent hotel, would definitely recommend if you're visiting Liverpool. It's built above the train station so super handy for transport links.Only thing I can fault was that they were replacing/repairing the air conditioning at the time so the entire building was very warm and stuffy. The windows weren't able to be opened either. Didn't know this until checking in.

At arrival we were told that the Aircon was being fixed and no way to open a window. Good start! I was told also that I would have a discount for the inconvenience. Well that never happened. And for the 2 days stay some dirty dishes were left on the side of the elevator (see picture).Also, on some booking website they say parking on site available, not really they give 10% discount to Liverpool one Parking...Looks old and needs some refurbishment

Great value aka reasonably priced. The hotel itself was tired and needs a refurb badly. Rooms themselves are clean and adequately sized. Staff are super friendly and helpful so that's a big plus in my book.

A great budget hotel with really comfortable beds and a wonderful power shower. The staff were very friendly and the location was brilliant, right opposite Albert Docks and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Central.
Would I stay here again, absolutely!
