I’d booked and estimated my arrival between 8&9 pm, I arrived shortly after 9:30 to be told someone else was after my room, this made me feel awkward and obviously doubtful about booking again in the future.Felt awkward again when owner said he’d prefer cash rather than card, he did accept my card though. Once in the room there were dirty wine glasses, barely any toilet roll, no hot water so ended up with a very cold shower ( not happy ! ) and no bin to put rubbish in. An abundance of electrical cables running up the wall between several media devices, they looked unsightly and complicated so I didn’t use them. The bulb was missing from the light for bathroom mirror and the washbasin is too big for the room meaning you need to sit at an angle on the toilet, this in turn means you need to be a contortionist to reach the half a dozen sheets of toilet paper anyway.Just don’t bother with the place !On the plus side the bed was very comfy and the room spacious.

We arrived to a property that definitely lacks kerb appeal - extremely steep and ‘broken’ concrete steps. I rang the door bell several times and eventually a young lady answered the door wearing pyjamas. …
