Can someone please tell me how environmental health have allowed this to still be open to the public?This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in. Room was full of dust. Fan was hanging off the wall. The bathroom had not been cleaned. 1800s wardrobes falling to bits. My family never slept a wink. Says alot about Great Yarmouth council to allow this to trade. I'd give zero stars if I could. My son was traumatised and we left after only 1 night (booked for 3) Absolute disgrace you are allowed to be open

A fantastic little hotel rooms have theme names with characters from the popular to series the rooms are clean and comfortable and reasonably priced to micowave and fridge included in rooms basically a lovely hotel staff are also very friendly what more could you ask for such a fantastic place to stay for a short break

I was really considering sleeping outside with the seagulls than sleeping in this hotel.|smelly rooms, unsafe area, dirty beds and the lights were off and on like thriller movie. this hotel really needs an update to everything.|would never visit again

they didn't have any food and it was so tight me and my dad were in a room together and the fridge was covered in water it's very narrow and the rooms were dirty there were leaches in the showers and bugs everywhere the bed where rock hard and the smell was horrid

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in i had me and my partner and 3 kids in family room there litter on floor so was not cleaned before we arrived found drug Paraphernalia under bed and in drawThere was some ones dirty underwear under bedThe beds where covered in dirtThe fridge was mouldy would never stay there again it definitely lives up to its name faulty towers
