We stayed at Dene House in Great Yarmouth. I have to say that the owners Martin and Stephanie were excellent hosts. The cooked breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it.The room was good and very clean. There was a very good selection of teas, coffee hot chocolate and included a coffee machine and pods.The only thing we could find was that the shower tray does need replacing.On the whole, we would definitely book this bnb again, should we return to Gt. Yarmouth.Many thanks go to Martin and Stephanie who were very good hosts making us feel like we had gone to a home from home.

I would give more stars but on our last day my 60 year old wife took ill. We vacated our room by 10am but had 5 hours to kill until our train. We left our luggage at Dene House and walked the streets, going back in the afternoon to collect our cases, unfortunately my wife took ill and needed the toilet very urgently due to her incontinence, ...alas, the owner made it clear we were no longer guests, having checked out that morning, and consequently not able to use ANY toilet my wife so desperately needed, gave us our cases and the door was closed on us to walk the streets finding a public toilet.....Nice place if you don't need any help.😞

Very friendly host good on street parking just a bit of a walk from main area but not from front. Nice rooms spacious bathroom comfy beds slept well. Good facilties too. Breakfast had a good range of choices. When had a problem it was dealt with straight away

We had an excellent stay, the twin room was spacious and comfortable with wardrobe and plenty of hangers. Large bathroom area. Breakfast had a large choice and was fabulous! Not far from the town, we had a lovely time. Thank you

Excellent value for money. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. |Breakfast was delicious, and there was a really good choice. I love a decent coffee for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. It’s situated in a quiet area, nice walk along the beach to pier etc. |Host very welcoming.

We have just left Dene House after a 2 night stay.We stay in hotels but decided to stay in a guest house this time and we can safely say, it was better than a hotel.The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a good size with the most comfortable bed.No noise outside or in the guest house.Our breakfast was the best.But this isn't any old guest house, it's the finishing touches for me. A coffee machine, hot chocolate and different drinks. Toiletries, lots of towels and toilet roll.Hairdryer, fan, etc. The breakfast has so much on the menu, from full cooked to cereal and waffles. This place really is home from home.It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop but we enjoyed the 20 minute stroll to the pier, where you walk through the beautiful waterways.I can't recommend Dene House enough and by the looks of it, they get booked up, so make sure you book early!We will be back!

What a lovely b & b.im a tradesman who works away quite alot and always looking for a cheap deal.dene house was perfect.nice big room with fridge fan and I loved the coffee machine.nice big ensuite with powerful shower.very clean and comfortable. Will definitely use Dene house again.always a parking space I manage to park my van right outside which is important to me.was out early so couldn't comment on breakfast but im sure its as good as the room if not better.

Just had two wonderful nights here, the rooms are really nice and beds soo comfy lovely bedding, absolutely amazing breakfast!! And great owners really friendly, a absolute brilliant little place and great value for money! Will definitely be staying again soon , thank you 😊
