We stayed 3 nights at this B&B. The quality of this accommodation was excellent and beyond any other B&B accommodation we have experienced during our extensive travels in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA.. Our room was tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings.This was matched by a substantial breakfast and Vance and David made sure we received top quality service.

2nd stay at this B&B. A beautiful location a farmhouse down a long lane. The property refurbished farmhouse finished to a high standard, absolutely spotless, great attention to detail. We stayed there 2 years ago and it still looks brand new. The room, great view and so peaceful, all bases covered, kettle, iron, hairdryer a selection of high quality beverages a fresh water dispenser TV with Netflix. Bathroom fully tiled very tastefully done a shower cubical that would accommodate 4 people if you were that way inclined. Hosts Vance and David a nicer couple you couldn't hope to meet, nothing is too much trouble, very professional you can tell they have had experience in 5star establishments. Breakfast beautiful well presented good quality ingredients and prepared by someone who knows how to cook, best breky I've had anywhere with the exception of the wife's. Just to give you an idea about Vance and David, they have 2 rescue donkey's, 2 rescue cats who roam freely, ex battery hens who lay the delicious fresh eggs for breakfast and 2 horse's. If you want a relaxing stay in some beautiful countryside 30 mins from the Norfolk coast then I can't recommend it enough.

Difficult to imagine a better place. It is superb, the views across the countryside, the accommodation with exquisite bathroom and shower AND the best breakfast, hot and delicious including local produce

Dave an Vance have thought of everything to make your stay effortless.
Cleanliness is second to non and the ensuite is very modern an bright.
From arriving to leaving nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.
